No electricity, no elevators and they checked us into a 7th floor room only saying they just experienced a power outage minutes before, nothing has changed in 24 hours and they are blaming energy company and everything around them is working!

There was no electricity in some parts of the hotel all day and the ac and lights inside the room weren’t working much very bad hotel and I wasted money for this! Is unacceptable

The room felt neglected. The heater didn’t work. And the hot water took about 30 minutes to reach a temperature that wasn’t freezing.

The hotel certainly wasn't anything fancy, but it seemed clean and the front desk clerk was very nice.
The AC was absolutely FREEZING. We turned it up a little and it seemed to get even colder. It would have been a much better sleep had we not thought we were gonna get hypothermia.
And i have to add, the breakfast was way overpriced. I paid $35 for us two to have a half stocked small buffet breakfast. No pancakes were available, there was only water and coffee, and it wasnt worth going back for seconds.
Best feature is that it is opposite the NRG parking lot. Took us 5 minutes to walk.

评论说得没错,房间和酒店大堂的实际情况简直是天壤之别。我们住在二楼,整个入住期间,房间里都弥漫着一股湿漉漉的霉味。制冰机坏了。电视机也老得不可思议,看什么都像回到了2000年的电视节目。而且酒店地理位置也不太好,其他酒店步行就能到NRG中心。这家酒店虽然宣传离得很近,但你还是得开车过去,而且要付停车费,不然就得打车,因为它位置很不方便。房间真的需要彻底翻新了,所有东西都又旧又脏,感觉随时都要报废。而且,你还得碰运气,老旧的淋浴间不一定有热水。
我提前几个月就预订了酒店,结果入住前一周收到垃圾邮件,说酒店电路出了问题,要把我安排到温盖特酒店的“姐妹酒店”……我明明订的是套房,结果却被安排到一间破旧的双人房,连冰箱都没有。走廊脏兮兮的,游泳池根本没法用,电梯里臭气熏天,还发出怪异的噪音。这酒店看起来就像是多年无人维护的烂尾楼。
走廊的灯大部分都坏了。电梯也坏了——走楼梯会到一扇通往室外停车场的门,里面黑漆漆的。重新开门不需要钥匙。电视很多频道都显示雪花屏。第二天早上没有热水,导致我们在比赛前没法洗澡。看得出来这曾经是一家很不错的酒店。现在这样真是可惜。房间本身很干净,但需要翻新。唯一的工作人员看起来挺友善的。应该有人来修缮一下这个地方。
停电了,我们只好住在姐妹酒店温盖特酒店。房间很旧,而且没有彻底打扫干净。马桶座圈后面还有污渍。房间里弥漫着一股陈旧潮湿的气味。
毛巾上有污渍,前台接待员用西班牙语和他说话时态度很差。
