The Room needed to be cleaned propertly and the AC didn't work the staff Some acted as if you were bothering them if you asked a question telling you to wait for the morning shift .And being polite goes a long way.Some staff was not approachable.Smile‼️‼️‼️

员工培训不足。我的第一把钥匙坏了。第二把钥匙打开了房间,但房间正在装修。第三把钥匙打开了新房间的门,但第二天早上我发现它打开了整个酒店所有客人的门。我去别人的浴室才发现那不是我的房间,这真是太难了……哦对了,电视坏了,还发现了一只蟑螂。除此之外,床真的非常舒服,我睡得很好。
