大堂很漂亮,房间大小也合适。我不得不换房间,因为房间里有霉味,而且第二个房间的空调也不太好。
我以前住过,现在好多了。只是在那里住过。
1. 停车太糟糕了。他们根本不在乎。五星级酒店竟然没有VIP停车位……简直是笑话。自己停车……他们在那里办婚礼……我付了钱的停车位都不能用……婚礼结束后我花了两个小时才找到一个车位……真是疯了。
2. 早餐很一般。
3. 客户服务太差了。
我会选择凯宾斯基酒店……虽然价格可能稍贵一些,但比这家酒店更物有所值。
他们对客人的态度、停车和早餐收费过高,对我来说已经够多了。
特拉维夫最差的酒店之一。酒店大堂看起来不错,但房间却糟糕透顶,老旧肮脏,还有蟑螂。千万别浪费时间和金钱。我看过评论,但没在意,结果就是那样,所以还是另寻酒店吧。

需要注意的是,带海景阳台的房间没有装修,与网站提供的照片不符。
我们必须支付额外费用才能获得预订的房间。
此外,海景仅是部分的,起重机位于酒店右侧客房的对面。
遗憾的是没有获悉房间前面正在施工。
酒店本身相当不错。
游泳池值得更新。
