Claridge House 酒店毗邻芝加哥历史博物馆，距离密歇根湖岸边仅几个街区，步行范围内有许多不错的餐厅，打车也很方便。酒店建筑古色古香，非常漂亮，前台工作人员专业又友善。我预订了一间带两张大号床的房间，房间干净整洁，浴室也非常宽敞。隔壁有代客泊车服务，虽然价格有点贵，但考虑到地理位置也算合理。总的来说，我对这次住宿很满意。
Overall good stay. I really feel you guys need to change your pillows. My friend and I found them like sleeping with nothing. Very poor condition. May be some of the worst pillows I have had at a hotel

The staff is lovely, the lobby is nice and the location is good but the hotel rooms and hallways feel a little worn down and dated. For example the shower door was weird because you the way the door opened you could not turn on the shower without getting wet. The wallpaper in places was peeling. Nothing was gross or dirty, just worn down in need of some new polish. That said, we had a nice stay and we’re not in the hotel enough for it to matter that much.

This was a great hotel for our trip. Second City is walkable from the hotel which was the purpose for our trip. The neighborhood was safe. Beautiful Brownstones line the street. The hotel staff is delightful. Valet parking is literally next door. The only reason I didn't rate this hotel five stars is because the noise from the air-conditioning fan was a bit loud throughout the night.

位置绝佳，大堂和员工都很棒，但是房间让人失望。我们住了四晚，但五天里都没有人来打扫房间。
前台看起来不像前台，所以当我办理入住手续并问“前台在哪里？”时，我惊讶地被告知“就在这里”。房间虽小但很干净，但浴室排水极差。电梯只有两部，但我没等多久，而且人也不多。金卡会员应有的服务，包括价值25美元的度假村特别优惠，都没有提供。我住了三个晚上，有一天甚至连水都没加。我的住宿价格比附近酒店的平均价格便宜得多，所以我觉得如果期望不高的话，这是一家不错的酒店。
交通便利，步行 3 分钟即可到达地铁站和公交车站，附近有超市和多家餐厅，距离多家优质品牌商店仅一个街区
下午3点是入住时间，但房间还没准备好，酒店也没有对造成的不便表示任何歉意。
房间不是每天都打扫的！以低价吸引顾客，7天前再收取浮动房费！这根本就是一个骗局！
床太高了，椅子摇晃！厕所排气扇和空调太吵了！
