Claridge House 酒店毗邻芝加哥历史博物馆，距离密歇根湖岸边仅几个街区，步行范围内有许多不错的餐厅，打车也很方便。酒店建筑古色古香，非常漂亮，前台工作人员专业又友善。我预订了一间带两张大号床的房间，房间干净整洁，浴室也非常宽敞。隔壁有代客泊车服务，虽然价格有点贵，但考虑到地理位置也算合理。总的来说，我对这次住宿很满意。
Second time staying at this property, which I really like. Had some difficulty checking in and was told I hadn’t paid in advance, when I had. It was sorted eventually, but perhaps there were some training issues. I’d still come back. Good value, great location.

Room was immaculate, Staff very friendly, area was great & price was excellent. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Opt for the 1 bedroom suite if it's in your price range.

位置绝佳，大堂和员工都很棒，但是房间让人失望。我们住了四晚，但五天里都没有人来打扫房间。
酒店声称房间里有一张双人床，但显然不是。他们放了一些奇形怪状的小枕头在床上，试图让床看起来更大一些，但这些奇怪的方形枕头几乎塞不下你的头。
这家酒店总体印象不错。可惜我们运气不好，被安排在四楼，房间正对着停车场。而且房间非常吵，空调、暖气等设备的排气管就通到窗户下面，噪音不断。换房也不行，他们说酒店已经客满了。
前台看起来不像前台，所以当我办理入住手续并问“前台在哪里？”时，我惊讶地被告知“就在这里”。房间虽小但很干净，但浴室排水极差。电梯只有两部，但我没等多久，而且人也不多。金卡会员应有的服务，包括价值25美元的度假村特别优惠，都没有提供。我住了三个晚上，有一天甚至连水都没加。我的住宿价格比附近酒店的平均价格便宜得多，所以我觉得如果期望不高的话，这是一家不错的酒店。
我到的时候已经很晚了，而且因为妈妈住院，我非常焦虑，但工作人员都非常友善。我也很喜欢他们每天的“问候”服务，很贴心！
我喜欢工作人员的周到服务。
房间不是每天都打扫的！以低价吸引顾客，7天前再收取浮动房费！这根本就是一个骗局！
床太高了，椅子摇晃！厕所排气扇和空调太吵了！
