Ants in room. Told staff. They were on it . Quickly.
Still have not gotten my 50 $ deposit back.
The kokomo , Holiday inn an suites , a few days back , immediately returned. Asked stsff about it and had no answers
Its the little things , no pun intended , anys an deposits , that ate absurd when not carried out. Othetwise clean froendly quiet hotel. Please find my deposit and put put. Thank You

Great Stay
Our stay was great! The parking was good and the room was very clean & neat! The staff was kind and the breakfast buffet had some good choices. Location was central to lots of restaurants, as well. Would stay again.

Stayed after being at Cincy open all day - was super easy check and nice quiet hotel.

The rooms were clean. The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was nice and friendly but very young and inexperienced and seemed to get frazzled easy. A few issues: housekeeping always turned off AC and upon returning to a hot room after being at the Cincinnati Open in 90° that annoyed me. The towels were cheap & rough. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

Excellent customer service!
The General Mgr was out picking up a small bit of garbage in shrubbery & her whole staff were hard working, super kind & helpful! I was very impressed with their excellent customer service!!!
