We used a credit card to guarantee a deposit of $100 when checking in. We bought some fruits and washed the ginger after peeling it. After checking out, the hotel directly deducted $100 from our card without notice, claiming that we had blocked their drainpipe with objects. At first, we couldn't accept it and reported the issue to Ctrip. The hotel initially said they had photos as evidence, but the next day they couldn't produce them. However, they still insisted on making the deduction. We then complained to Ctrip again... The attitude of this hotel makes us suspect that such deductions are a common practice. Everyone must be careful.
地理位置：酒店高速公路旁边，开车两分钟就有taco brll、sizzler等很多聚集快餐店。开车8分钟就是沙漠山奥特莱斯。
卫生：酒店卫生非常干净。房间很舒服。
设施：酒店一楼大堂内有小便利店，方便买饮料🥤。一楼咖啡☕️机免费使用
我们入住信用卡担保美金100-买了水果及生姜削皮冲洗。退房后，酒店未通知情况下，直接扣了我们美金100-认定我们用异物把他们的下水管堵塞。一开始我们无法接受并向携城反应，酒店一开始说有照片提供，但隔天又拿不出照片。但坚持要扣除美金。我们再向携城投诉…此酒店的态度令人怀疑扣款是他们的常态，大家一定要小心。

房间比预期的要好，就是说好的升级加一张沙发床最后没有升级，要加一个被子也没有了，这个第一次见没被子了。
另外早餐还算可以。
位置很方便，距离沙漠奥特莱斯开车大约只要十来分钟，门口停车场很大停车也很方便，上楼有电梯，服务人员很热情，遇到的两个人都很好。
房间马马虎虎，就是普通的酒店，落脚的地方
卫生还算可以，毕竟是IHG旗下
离沙漠奥莱十分钟不到，购物非常便捷
非常宽敞整洁干净，特别喜欢他们家的被子，舒适透气。早饭也很不错👍👍
离奥莱开车十分钟不到，方便购物。住宿要求不高的话，推荐。美国这边房屋大多数都是木质结构，隔音效果不好
早上起来有大量蚂蚁🐜出现，至少有百来个，把女儿吓得不行，还耽误了我们的行程，去酒店反应时一个叫Christian 的主管态度很差，不承认自己的卫生条件还说是我们带的食物招来了蚂蚁，非常糟糕的服务，还号称是连锁酒店，太差了
酒店周边环境感觉不太安全…附近的快餐厅都有流浪汉…酒店不能寄存行李…也建议不要放包在车上…
临时从棕榈泉换到了班宁，主要离沙漠奥莱近，10分钟车程，周边环境一般，酒店就在高速边上，但并不吵，设施中规中矩。
