Unfortunately the only thing I had to say was I booked for a king room and when I arrived for check in I was told that they overbooked king beds and asked if I would be okay with having two queens instead. I was fine with that but just disappointed that I wasn’t able to get the room I originally booked.

Love the Doubletree Columbia
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind and welcomed us right away. The room was clean the sheets and towels were also clean and smelled so great. I had to run back into grab my stuff from the fridge and they were so accommodating. Also can we talk about how beautiful the common area is? I love how the windows face the inside. It almost feels like its own little world.

Lovely hotel. Clean. Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was nice, good size. Would definitely stay here again. Dinner in the restaurant was only so-so, but the breakfast buffet was great

Concert Stay Perfection
Stayed when attending a show at Merriweather. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Everyone was very friendly. The shuttle to the venue was a big plus!

Staff were great, but property is old, rooms are very outdated and cleanliness is an issue. If I could have found another hotel to move to I would have. My first room awful, but thankfully they moved me to another room. I would not stay here again. I don't understand the high positive reviews. The hotel I normally stay was full so I booked here based on the reviews and the higher cost as I thought I would get. "Hilton" experience.

The staff was wonderful. There are very limited food choices at the hotel. The breakfast food was subpar. Only one elevator is working. Again, wonderful staff. Infrastructure not as good.

Very close to Merriweather Post so we stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. They offer a shuttle to and from the concert which was a nice perk. One elevator was not working so it was a little slow getting up and down to the 4th floor at times but that would be my only complaint.

The rooms need to be heavily dusted and vacuumed. Only one of the two elevators was working all five days/four nights we were there. We had a problem with noisy neighbors at 1:00 a.m. but the front desk took care of it in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable.
