这家四星级酒店地理位置优越,距离城市中心站仅需步行几分钟,交通非常便利。酒店提供丰盛的自助早餐,品种繁多,味道美极了。客房宽敞明亮,床上用品舒适温馨,让人倍感轻松愉悦。无论是商务出差还是休闲度假,这里都是您的理想之选。强烈推荐给各位旅行者们!
①地理位置:地铁口出来就是很好找(有两个口在一边的,一个出来是二楼要再走两步,一个出口九是一楼对着酒店侧门);门口有政府安排的免费巴士去yas岛/卢浮宫线路,凭票上车,目前是每天一班。
②房间设施:蛮老的,感觉建了很久了也没太维护,住户很多一般都是一家人,电梯不够用,每次要等蛮久(有两边电梯,长住的高层侧电梯可以下)
③其他:入住要交500aed现金押金,退押金之前要留10分钟查房,建议入住时候拍照做好记录。酒店有shuttle bus去景点,但要提前一天预定,先到先得。
本来是想着坐去阿布扎比免费巴士方便定的这里,但实在有点旧,建议如果是这个想法的朋友可以考虑周边酒店,步行距离内也有蛮多选择。
比较喜欢酒店的风格,住了好多次了,基本上每次都会选择这里,早餐不错,有游泳池,健身房,健身房去的人有点多?
房间很大,但是设施都很老旧,卫生情况也不行,走进房间一股怪味,后来要求酒店换房,离地铁站很近下来就是,酒店唯一优势就是可以凭卢浮宫门票,坐早上九点的免费班车去阿布扎比,如果不是为了坐班车实在没必要选择这家,住在别的就近地铁站沿线就行,第一次来不知道给大家避避雷
酒店很漂亮,停车设施也很不错。前台员工非常乐于助人。但是,让我觉得奇怪的是,房间里没有提供毛巾——甚至打扫过后也没有换新的。当我们要求提供毛巾时,经常会拿到不对的(比如,给了一条大毛巾和两块地垫,而不是两块大毛巾和两块小毛巾)。这种情况发生了好几次。电梯也是一个大问题,每次都要等大概10分钟。
之前长住了一个月,然后桌子坏了,很明显是被锅躺坏的,非要说是我弄坏的,还要扣我押金,在阳台抽了两根烟非要说是因为抽烟坏的,真的很差,服务也差,也不差钱吧这么大酒店非要想楼别人钱,恶心死了,再也不回来了
位置方便,价格合适,有露台,景色不错~有淋浴和浴缸。带小孩可以打开沙发床,挺大的。工作人员都很热情,Naeim, Nisha, Uhesha还有半夜办入住的Oshada,都很有耐心和帮忙。
因为转机时间长,我们在这里住了一晚。酒店非常棒,地理位置特别方便,地铁站就在拐角处。房间很宽敞,非常干净,床单洁白无瑕。前台有会说俄语的工作人员,这点非常方便,他们都非常友好和乐于助人(特别感谢达尼尔!)。如果我们再来迪拜,一定会很高兴再次选择这里。性价比、地理位置和服务都非常出色。
这家酒店距离迪拜网络城地铁站仅30秒路程,这一点远超其他所有酒店。但客房服务人员每天都会收走所有浴巾和饮用水瓶,而我们住的近四天时间里几乎都没有补充。为了补充这些物品,我们花了90多分钟,并且无数次致电客房服务台“0”催促。直接向门外的客房服务人员索要时,他们会说稍后补充,但随后就消失了,因为他们的手推车在打扫完房间后,从来都没有足够的毛巾和水瓶来补充。前台和礼宾部的员工都非常好,乐于助人,但客房服务是我见过最差的。如果酒店能改进客房服务,确保补充相同数量的毛巾和水瓶,很多投诉本可以轻易避免。
