早餐丰富，酒店位置很好，交通方便，步行几分钟到Hammersmith地铁，开车不用在城里拥堵就能上高速抵达机场。
酒店位置比起核心区要相对靠西一些，去到大本钟和几个主要的火车站要半小时左右，但紧挨着hammerSmith，一个地铁和公交枢纽，出行还是非常方便。因为位置的原因，所以价格也相对核心区的价格要美丽一些。
英国酒店房间普遍比较小，这个房间大小已经相当不错了，沙发床打开后仍有一定的展开行李和迂回的空间。
酒店早餐种类就是典型的英餐，因为这是我们最后一站，我们已经吃了十几天的英式早餐，实在是无感了。虽然种类不变，但这个酒店的早餐品质还是很高。
我是价格敏感客群，对比核心区同品质但高得多的价格，所以选择这这里，整体而言，感觉还是非常不错的。
出发前一个月已在携程上更新退房时间，入住时提早一小时到，前台以蔑视的眼神，态度恶劣地以退房时间不对，目前没有我预定的房间为由，拒绝入住，让我去别的地方逛一下，等到时间有我预定的房型才能入住，目前的甄选行政房太好了，不能让我入住。第一次遇到这种乌龙与恶劣的前台。超级差评。
房间相对宽敞，服务非常好。感谢 Sunanda 及时安排了医生。她非常乐于助人☺️，也感谢 Rebecca 解释了快速退房服务。她也帮了很多忙☺️。唯一的缺点是淋浴水压不够。其他一切都很好。
设施老旧床单不干净，服务一般价格高；早餐不丰富；简直是个大型公寓设施老旧。唯一好处如果租车SIXT就在地下停车场，但SIXT租车公司很坑避雷。
房间不大，但是有沙发床，亲子出游刚刚好。早餐我们在前台申请了，超丰富，有家庭用餐区。就是卫生清理有点慢，和前台申请了才过来。
我们住了三晚，对这家酒店印象非常好。它的地理位置非常便利，离公交车站和地铁站都很近。房间干净整洁，特别是床和枕头非常柔软，让我们睡得特别好。
从酒店一层或者零层左拐都能直接到达海默史密斯站，一层靠海默史密斯的地方有一个室外电梯，无障碍下楼
这个价位在伦敦西区算是性价比很高的酒店了，房间也大，酒店早餐也可以，交通也很方便，最大的问题是洗澡水不是很热，洗澡很冷，床品比较差，有一种包浆没有换过的感觉
房间服务很差！几天不打扫卫生！打扫时也只是敷衍一下，只换毛巾。地板，桌子都是不打扫的哦
特别是，我们退房时忘记拔下两个电源转换器，退房当天上了火车就联系，她们就说是没有看到！
反正我们以后不会再去这个酒店了！
