服务人员热情，我们早班机到达，从Convention轻轨站下车后经停车场走过来大概500米，寄存行李后去达令港、海德公园、圣玛利教堂转了一圈，午餐后回到酒店将近1点，给提前1小时check in入住，且升级为套房，view非常好，2卧2客3卫，浴缸、封闭淋浴间，有拖鞋、洗漱物品，但不提供饮用水。早餐还行，屋顶泳池不大，大概10-12米长，4米宽，但挺深，1.8米深，没什么人游

酒店有些年头了，设施比较陈旧，但是还算干净。前台很有耐心态度很好，见到是中国客人祝我们新年快乐，还送给小孩子小礼物。酒店离Pyrmont码头和唐人街很近，离市中心也不远，出行方便

房间在6楼，景观和宣传的图片差别比较大，窗外有一个正在建的大厦，挡住了大部分风景。楼下是一条公路，会比较吵，风景没有在预期内，会比较失望。
房间里面什么配套的东西都没有，包括牙膏牙刷拖鞋，只有一些咖啡包➕茶包。
床垫的话太软，睡到5点半腰痛醒，最后抽掉了夹层的床垫才勉强睡着。
房间里面比较潮湿，不能开窗，不通风，空调的声音比较吵，感觉呼吸方面不是很友好。
楼下只有一个便利店，东西很贵，吃的东西最近也要500米左右。走到唐人街要大概15分钟，穿过一个铁路，比较麻烦。
停车的话一天65刀，没有优惠（应该大部分酒店都是这样）
总的来说，体验比较差，不值这个价钱。
在行政大床房住了两晚，房间正对着达令港。房间宽敞干净。海港景色很美——如果能在那里看周六晚上的达令港无人机表演（我住的时候取代了烟花表演）会很棒（尽管我是在其他地方看的）。
淋浴喷头水量够用，但如果水压能再大点会更好。
自助早餐选择很多，总体来说味道不错。
他们的服务给我留下了深刻印象——一天深夜，我打电话给前台，不知道如何存放一个大的冷藏物品（房间冰箱放不下），他们主动从我们房间取走并帮我冷藏。工作人员积极主动地解决了我的问题。
对房间非常不满意，电吹风是坏的，窗帘透光性太强，百叶窗拉不下来。酒店和其设施都太老了。
优点是位置还是不错的，去China town觅食非常近，坐落在市中心内。
设施很陈旧，位置还算不错，但楼下有轨道列车经过，坐在房间都能感受到震动，喜好安静的绝对不能选这里，随时随地的震动和老空调的轰鸣声。设施很老很旧，三明治被子，估计螨虫满天飞，身上起各种小疙瘩，房间玻璃窗是固定的，无法开窗通风哦了，只能任整夜忍受空调器的轰鸣
