酒店位置优越，房间干净，服务热情优质，非常满意的入住体验。
巴黎市中心一家很棒的酒店！服务一流！新装修。但就房间大小而言，价格有点贵。如果您是自驾前往，需要提前请酒店预订通行证。酒店位于一条禁止车辆通行的街道上。
如果一个五星酒店在10度8度的天沒有供暖是啥体验，真的被我遇到，而且是索菲特，我反正是住完第二天直接感冒，而且窗关得紧紧的，设备跟不上其他都扯淡，第二天和前台投诉，反正态度是很诚恳，只是问题已发生，设施很落后，前台服务倒是很热情，也站在客人的角度去和我沟通，反正巴黎五星酒店真是一言难尽
我住了6个晚上，但是房卡每天都会自动失效！每次回到酒店，房卡要么进不了电梯，要么进了电梯却开不了门。这意味着我每天都得去前台重新激活房卡！他们每次都说第二天不会再发生，结果我连续6天都遇到同样的问题……这太浪费我的时间了，真的很不方便。
酒店位置很好，也很安全，美国总领事馆和许多奢侈品牌店都在附近。
地毯很脏。浴室设计不人性化。早餐很好，非常新鲜。员工很友好，服务周到。地理位置绝佳。
房间很漂亮，床很软
不允许带孩子入住有点莫名其妙～位置倒是在市中心，但是出行不是很便利，门前还封路～
