1、位置优越，在CBD，旁边就是威斯汀酒店，去哪里都很方便，旁边有红猫Bus，周边去步行街也很近，步行可达多处。
2、我没有自驾，这家酒店边上有大的停车场，需要自驾到朋友停车应该会比较方便。
3、房间大，我前两晚住在步行街那边，酒店小而贵，相比较，同样价格，但房间要大很多，服务也是可以的，方便度差不多，更推荐这个酒店。
4、设施上洗手间冲水隔音差了点。隔壁房间一大早上冲水会影响到睡觉。但总体来看，问题不是很大。住客都还是较安静的，没遇到半夜吵闹的邻居。
5、有冰箱，可以储藏些牛奶水果酸奶早晚吃，很方便。
6、住这里参加一日游时候基本都是可以上门接，比打车到集合点省了很多麻烦。

这家酒店地理位置还不错，距离火车站不远，距离我们第二天租车的地方也很近，出行方便。房间也也还算挺大的。
位置目前还挺好的，房间也很宽敞。卧室有点老式。早餐对孩子来说不是免费的，和旅行App上显示的不一样。每天都会换一小包鲜奶，这点很棒。但是房间打扫后没有补充饮用水。
酒店很干净，淋浴和厕所用起来都没问题。唯一美中不足的是，附近有个酒吧，晚上能听到外面喝酒的喧闹声，有点吵。不过，前台有会说一点日语的工作人员，让人感到很安心。
装修较老，其他还行
我在珀斯美居酒店度过了愉快的六晚。整个住宿期间房间都很干净舒适。客房服务做得非常出色。

卫生很一般，可能是装修太老打扮不出来的原因吧。早餐丰富，服务周到，位置核心。杯子是夹心三明治那种，两层床单夹一个被芯，好像现在欧洲澳洲都这样，不习惯，睡觉容易弄的很乱。服务上要香皂说有结果是瓶装香皂液。
