定的湖景房景观真的不错，天气好的话看湖景一绝。餐厅也是临湖，不用餐也可以进去，露台有秋千小桌子等等，景色一览无余。
房间挺大的，单人床也蛮大的睡着很舒服。前台态度也蛮好。
不过设施比较基础，就是快捷酒店的水平。不建议非自驾的来，离镇中心还是有点距离的，还有个超级大斜坡。停车费15刀一晚，退房时收，刷信用卡会有一点手续费。
毕竟是连锁酒店 卫生设施都比较好 床很大很舒服 服务中规中矩 湖景很美 美中不足的是订的湖景房是有栏杆草地遮挡 考虑到当时订的时候有打折 所以湖景也大打折扣了 如果订的时候酒店照片能清楚显示不误导消费者会更加好 酒店的落地湖景餐厅很美也有露台可以出去看湖景 Gym room可以看到湖景 所以其实这里不订湖景房也能享受湖景
在半山坡旁边，酒店环境还不错，位置也比较靠近中心，uber单车大概15纽币。房间的WiFi可能不是很好，窗外的景色很美。
客房整洁环境优美，但是酒店停车需要额外15刀费用，就算是住户也不能免。免费停车位在马路边，但是数量很有限，先到先得。电梯设施有点陈旧，加上木质结构的客房，感觉整个酒店很有年代感。性价比一般吧，看个湖景还不错。
Mercure 皇后镇度假酒店提供了非常优质的服务和热情好客的体验。我们住的房间视野极佳，正对着一个大湖。Livin（我猜是新西兰人的名字）对我们非常热情，甚至还给了我们VIP待遇，送了我们室内拖鞋……谢谢！如果运气好，你甚至能看到双彩虹……

这次带家人来皇后镇玩，入住的是湖景两张大床房，一推开窗就是湖和雪山，景色远超预期。房间卫生做得很细致，床品很舒服，暖气也给力，一觉睡到早上。前台和餐厅的工作人员都很友好，办理入住退房速度很快，还会主动帮忙解答各种出行问题。酒店在山坡上，自驾停车方便，观景平台视野很好，傍晚坐着看日落特别放松。整体性价比很高，很适合家庭出游或和朋友度假，下次来皇后镇还会优先选择这里。

皇后镇美居酒店不在城市中心区域，有车比较方便。在山坡上，步行真的不可，会很吃力。订的湖景酒店套房，窗外就是湖面，确实很美，总体来说也比较安静。第一张图是酒店餐厅，很大的玻璃窗，但是酒店早餐并不在这里吃，在隔壁区域，也有湖景。最后一张图的样子。我住了两天，确实如评价所说并未遇到会说中文的服务人员，押金是全程扣最少的1扭刀，并且退回最快的，这点很不错。
对了，关于停车费的问题。我订酒店订的比较早。那时选这家一部分原因就是可以免费停车。后来临近入住才知道他们家开始需要缴纳停车费了，15刀一天。也没有邮件通知。或者对之前订单的客户有提供任何优惠。
前台员工非常友善，我们在酒店遇到的每一位工作人员都热情好客。在办理入住前，他们把所有事项都解释得很清楚。价格非常合理，他们甚至还贴心地为我们全家安排了海景房。房间设施齐全，还提供非常美味的早餐。我们对这次住宿非常满意！强烈推荐。👍👍👍👍👍
入住很快，我和家人住的房间可以看到壮丽的湖景和山峦，非常享受这次住宿。
