Prior to your feedback, we have not received any complaints regarding dirty plates or utensils.However, the management and the team have also addressed the way in which the situation was handled. They mentioned that while your frustration was understandable, there was concern about the way you addressed the team, particularly when you yelled and swore at staff members, using offensive language, including the F-word. When the team attempted to calmly speak with you and ask for mutual respect, it was reported that you responded by saying, “This is Australia, and as a guest, you can use such language.”At our hotel, we believe in creating a respectful environment for both our guests and staff. 预定成功后,酒店发邮件可以优惠升级房间,我马上升级了。当时预定没有早餐的房间,check in的时候,前台告诉我入住当天加早餐只需27刀,第二天加早餐的话就要48刀了,果断加餐!
房间中规中矩,干净整洁,很舒服。
早餐就像国内的快捷酒店的,品种不多,出品可以!榨汁机旁边放着一筐橙子,客人可以自己手动榨橙汁,咖啡香醇。
这是出差的组织单位安排的宾馆, 房间还是不错的。 就是国外的宾馆不像国内一样提供瓶装水;一次性漱口用具要找前台要。住了三天,西式早餐基本一样,没有现做的omelet,没有小蘑菇,种类少些。地理位置还可以。
酒店位于墨尔本华人第二大社区,酒店楼下到处都是中餐馆,傍晚十分热闹,旁边也有大型商业广场。酒店位于主路旁边,适合开车自驾入住。酒店旁边的火车已经暂时停运,公共交通只有公交车,酒店大堂不错,房间干净整洁,前台服务人员热情专业。
很好,和7年前一样,感觉很舒服,周边配套非常方便。故地重游,2018年我住过这个酒店,也是12月份。比之前更热闹了。房间里也重新装修了
位置就在glen的中心地带,穿过电影院就能到美食街,办理入住很顺利,附近停车相对没那么方便,酒店地下室停车25一天,24小时内可以随意出入。
房间和外观看起来有点旧,但房间和健身房都很干净。很遗憾桑拿房在晚上10点前就停止使用了。
非常棒,也很干净,离Glen Foodery和火车站都超级近,非常方便。
房间非常整洁舒适。
服务也很出色。
工作人员乐于助人。
酒吧和餐厅都很棒。
我住过最差的体验!不推荐,隔壁IBIS都比他强多了。卫生差!服务差!
加钱吃他们的早餐7天,就去了3天;凳子上都是面包碎不说,餐厅没什么两样吃的也就算了,卫生差真的不可原谅!桌子上叉子都还没洗干净,换了一个还脏的,闭着眼睛吃吧!去拿吃的,拿起一个盘子,脏的,给他们服务员拿回去,sorry也没一句,就放下一边了。我再去拿第二个盘子,拿起来随便看了没食欲残渣就装了食物放桌子上,再去倒杯水结果也发现杯子脏的。回来吃到一半,发现我第二次拿的盘子还是脏的,有鸡蛋液干了在盘子上,想吐!找他们服务员投诉,问他我应不应该继续吃,他毫不在意的说,当然,你去换个盘子继续就好了。找她经理投诉,不经意说了一句:***?怎么能这样子让我换盘子继续吃?经理居然也不道歉,说请你注意你的用词,在澳洲你什么都可以说没错,但不在我这里!什么服务态度!
酒店紧邻各式餐厅和火车站,交通便利。房间也挺宽敞的。
