前台服务非常有素质！
预定成功后，酒店发邮件可以优惠升级房间，我马上升级了。当时预定没有早餐的房间，check in的时候，前台告诉我入住当天加早餐只需27刀，第二天加早餐的话就要48刀了，果断加餐！
房间中规中矩，干净整洁，很舒服。
早餐就像国内的快捷酒店的，品种不多，出品可以！榨汁机旁边放着一筐橙子，客人可以自己手动榨橙汁，咖啡香醇。
这是出差的组织单位安排的宾馆， 房间还是不错的。 就是国外的宾馆不像国内一样提供瓶装水；一次性漱口用具要找前台要。住了三天，西式早餐基本一样，没有现做的omelet，没有小蘑菇，种类少些。地理位置还可以。
酒店位于墨尔本华人第二大社区，酒店楼下到处都是中餐馆，傍晚十分热闹，旁边也有大型商业广场。酒店位于主路旁边，适合开车自驾入住。酒店旁边的火车已经暂时停运，公共交通只有公交车，酒店大堂不错，房间干净整洁，前台服务人员热情专业。
旁边就是Glen 中餐美食街，吃饭很方便。住的地方早餐还行，咖啡和鲜榨果汁都不错，酒店位置方便，总体不错。
很好，和7年前一样，感觉很舒服，周边配套非常方便。故地重游，2018年我住过这个酒店，也是12月份。比之前更热闹了。房间里也重新装修了
位置就在glen的中心地带，穿过电影院就能到美食街，办理入住很顺利，附近停车相对没那么方便，酒店地下室停车25一天，24小时内可以随意出入。
房间和外观看起来有点旧，但房间和健身房都很干净。很遗憾桑拿房在晚上10点前就停止使用了。
非常棒，也很干净，离Glen Foodery和火车站都超级近，非常方便。
房间非常整洁舒适。
服务也很出色。
工作人员乐于助人。
酒吧和餐厅都很棒。
酒店有地下停车场，32🔪一晚。房间不大，干净整洁。地理位置优越，The Glen就在步行5分钟左右。 周边很多中餐开到很晚。
