网络很好，虽然经常掉线需要重新连接。
窗户不能打开，价格很贵，房间很小
最不能接受的，床垫很乱，腰不好的人睡了很难受，空调很吵，对着床吹
不能跟国内的五星酒店相提并论，跟国内的快捷酒店差不多，唯一加分的就是早餐有榨汁机，自己动手各种榨。

这家酒店不知道为什么在携程上的评分这么高，硬件设施相当于国内的很一般的商务酒店，不太舒服，而且感觉周围的环境也不太安全，不知道圣保罗的酒店星级比国内低的原因还是啥，反正不开心~
房间小，服务不错，可能酒店开的时间长了，家具相对比较陈旧。

对于圣保罗马拉松来说，地理位置是最好的……而且工作人员让我们延迟到下午2点退房。
