这家酒店,体验感直接拉满!从预订开始就感受到了酒店的用心,入住时还收到了小惊喜。房间布置得很有格调,视野绝佳,窗外的风景让心情都变好了。浴室的浴缸很大,泡个澡非常解压。酒店的下午茶和晚餐也很棒,氛围感十足。这里不仅是住的地方,更是旅行的一部分。强烈推荐给想要度过一个浪漫假期的情侣们!
优点是酒店位置优越,就在最繁华的市中心,酒店前面就是电车站,周边各大购物中心,各种餐厅。房间楼层有免费的水和气泡水自己取用,非常方便,房间面积算大,住起来舒服。
缺点是算不上五星级酒店,门面大堂很小难找,房间打扫卫生很慢,第一天早上交待了,到下午三点多回到房间还没打扫,第二天直接早上交待要中午前打扫,有交待就有完成,还行!

位置特别棒,出门就是tram 非常方便,在唐人街边上,吃的特别多。服务员也很热情,从携程上订的还有每晚两份酒水饮料的券,去他家的14楼酒吧尝试了一下,景色非常好,推荐。就是没有自己的停车场,要听到不远的wilson 这个不太方便。
酒店超赞:一是位置好,市中心紧邻唐人街,二是出门周边都是打卡地,维多利亚图书馆、圣保罗教堂等,周边好多饭馆,中餐馆也多,吃饭非常方便,三是酒店前台有中国人,自由行入住酒店可以提出找“会中文的经理”办理入住,四是房间大 床宽1.5米,带两个小孩入没问题,房间很干净,花洒好用,水很冲,洗发水护发素超好用,有洗手液香皂浴帽,无牙具需自己带,五是酒店每层楼道有直饮水的水龙头,可以接水,很方便。(图5是酒店门口,看到大花墙就找到酒店了)
我们没有消费任何东西,却被扣款,说我们消费了零食及饮料,发邮件询问到现在还没有回复,之前也看到有人评论类似问题,不知道是不是故意的,无语😓
酒店位置很好,购物吃饭都很方便。房间也挺宽敞的,但是每次住在5楼,只要隔壁房间开门关门,都感觉像是我的房间被猛地撞了一下。总感觉有人在不停地摔门。希望其他人不会遇到我这样的情况。服务意识有待提高。
酒店位于市中心,出门就是唐人街和商业区,购物餐饮都很方便。服务态度好,比较干净。早餐简单,但有现做的西式早餐可以点单,味道还可以。房间设施一般,类似于国内的连锁商务酒店。
酒店地理位置不错。没什么大问题,就是退房后当天我的信用卡被扣了一笔钱。墨尔本市中心铂尔曼酒店没有给出任何理由,所以我不知道这笔费用是怎么回事。我尝试联系酒店,但到目前为止还没有人回复我。如果您预订这家酒店,请务必在退房时结清并确认所有事项,以免发生和我一样的情况。
总体上不太满意,酒店除了地理位置优越以外(门外就是免费电车站,斜对面就是唐人街,好多热门景点步行都可以到),没有什么好的点可以拿来评价
1. 连住了六晚,选了免打扫,每天补贴10澳币可以用在餐厅或者minibar消费,其中一天去餐厅吃了饭,居然还另外扣我钱。
2.第一天安排的房间不满意,在三楼,窗外没有任何景观,换房后把洗面奶和眼霜啥的拉着淋浴间了,当天晚上去找前台告我没有看到,而且房间已经给后面客人了。
