酒店房间设施齐全，干净整洁，服务人员态度友好，工作认真。酒店位置优越，交通便利，购物方便，早餐也很不错。
酒店位置极佳，位于惠灵顿中央商务区的中心地带，有直达主街的电梯，旁边就是著名的山轨电车，附近购物、餐饮、超市一应俱全，距离海边也不远，步行即可到达议会、海滨、蒂帕帕博物馆等景点，无论是商务出行还是休闲散步都非常方便。

房间大小合适。
有些插座坏了，在我们入住期间没能修好。工作人员反应很快，提出给我们换房间，但我们没接受，因为不想重新打包行李。他们提供了一个接线板。
电视机时好时坏，这似乎是常有的事。
所有问题看起来都和电路有关。
工作人员都非常好，反应也很迅速。
干净卫生，地理位置方便，停车就在隔壁，离市区不行15分钟，唯一不好就是几个游览景点分别在东南西北，要走回头路
出行方便，安静舒适，房间很干净敞亮
酒店处于惠灵顿市中心，前门出去是1楼，后门出去是9楼。走路两分钟，可坐缆车上山。房间内没有赠送的瓶装水，可以打电话给送一杯免费牛奶。
房间真的比较旧，床垫一侧凹下，淋浴要在浴缸里。惠灵顿这两天最高温度十二度，房间空调只有冷风，开不了暖气，只能关了空调，好在衣柜里有毛毯。
地理位置真的很好，前台的工作人员态度很好。乘坐餐厅旁边的电梯，可以去到繁华的主街区，离上山的缆车站仅几十米。旁边就是超市，还有一间大型保健品商店，方便买手信。
同地段的酒店，这些的性价比较好。
地理位置优越，楼下即是Lambton Quay，出门即是公交站，去惠灵顿哪里都方便。房屋非常宽敞、干净。房屋各类内置设备齐全，床非常舒服。前台服务迅速、周到、热情，下雨天可以借伞。酒店价格也相对优惠，性价比高。
缺点是相对中国国内的酒店，没有拖鞋和香皂，需自备或就近购买。总体非常推荐。
