位置非常方便,距离悉尼歌剧院十几分钟步行,房间设施很新且宽敞,楼下就是Alfie‘s $39的牛排,出门就是马丁广场,购物便利,可以一路沿着植物园走到歌剧院
地段是真的好,从环形码头走过来5-10分钟,离开T8可5站直达机场的St James站点步行大约也是10分钟内。
酒店服务,反正入住等了2小时,承诺的15:00入住结果15:30都没有住到。看大厅,我们不是个例。
两天订的套房,床品很舒服。
酒店的房间和服务都有点低于预期,也就剩位置和床品还算不错。
设施:
1、房间小,介绍上是25平米,但实际感觉也就20平米左右,使用起来非常拥挤,地面上都没有位置展开两个行李箱,厕所洗手台也不大,马桶非常靠近洗手台。
2、水龙头和喷头设计不合理,冷热水阀是分别开启的,每次想用温水都要拧两个阀门,洗澡打浴液如果关了水,就还得重新调整温度。
3、马桶冲水费劲:上大号至少要冲三次才能冲干净,冲水按钮还在马桶盖后面,关上马桶盖才能冲水,但又不清楚有没有冲干净,真不知道24年重新装修装了什么。
服务:
1、最后一天没有补瓶装水:酒店每天只给两瓶300毫升的饮用水,一共住了3天,最后一天还没给补。
2、用完的酒杯没给洗。
3、桌子上用过的小毛巾没给换,小垃圾没收。
非常老旧的房间,像是公寓改装的,卫生间完全没有分隔,上厕所洗漱洗澡全在一个小隔间里。
房间窗外什么也看不到。
更无语的是,晚上我打电话问有没有卫生巾借,对方说去问问,我明确说不管有没有也打电话回复一下。结果挂了电话渺无音讯。这就是所谓老牌五星级酒店的服务态度?
再加上那晚上日历房2.4k的价格(我用的携程的券预约的,比这个便宜),真的性价比还不如三星级。
唯一好一点就是地理位置而已,不会再订。
地理位置没得说,就在悉尼的市中心,出行跟团都超级方便。美中不足有几点:一是办理入住的时间确实太晚,一般要求下午3点以后,这一点可能跟大多数国人的习惯差异较大。二是设施略显陈旧,面积也不大,感觉挂五星级差了点火候。三是周围的建筑太密集了,即使我们住在十多层依然感觉有种身处钢筋混凝土森林里的憋屈感。

酒店工作人员热情友好,碰上工作日入住,早上10点就给我checkin了,还送了我一瓶红酒和一盒巧克力,对悉尼又多了一分不舍离开的感情。
在携程活动期间预定的,性价比很好,每天还送红酒和巧克力。房间很大,洗手间超级大,对于带娃来说非常友好。另外一大早飞机,早上退房没前台,走的自助退房也很方便快速。

这次旅行中最糟糕的酒店,服务完全配不上索菲特这个品牌。工作人员的态度和酒店服务都太差了。其他所有五星级酒店都提供免费饮用水,并且能很好地满足我的需求,但索菲特却是最糟糕的。我再也不想去这家酒店了,也不推荐大家去。去旁边的悉尼W酒店吧,价格也差不多。大家说真的,这家酒店太糟糕了。位置倒是不错。
