历史悠久的老牌豪华酒店，位置优越，靠近火车总站。酒店设施配置豪华实用。早餐丰富而精致。酒店的法式餐厅也相当不错。值得一去再去。
总的来说，平平。
环境：酒店就在慕尼黑火车总站南门旁边。这本来应该是优点， 但是这座总站周围的环境实在是一言难尽。酒店内部环境没问题，符合预期
房间：所谓的“奢华房”, 但面积只有27平米， 梳妆台太小， 对女士不甚方便。 不过欧洲的酒店大都如此。
设施：只住一晚， 没有太多体验。
早餐：不满意。 早餐服务人员配置要么不够要么不合理。座位不够，清座滞后。食品摆放空间也不够，仅有的一个现点柜台前一堆客人。食物种类一般， 质量不高。
房间很灰，毛毛四处飞，灯光下看着很可怕，搞得我一直打喷嚏。地理位置靠火车站 挺方便。早餐可以点单，就是那个菜单要问服务员要，有班尼迪克，鸡蛋卷等
住得很愉快。
酒店离慕尼黑车站很近，步行只需几分钟。
我的房间还给我升级了。
实际还不错。空调很好用，这很重要。不过，我凌晨很早就到了，他们答应我可以提前办理入住。但那位做出承诺的前台员工不知道去哪儿了，另一位员工也没有提供太多帮助。结果，我等了大约6个小时才办上入住。这点让我不太满意。
晚餐食物非常好（Orange Duck）
交通很方便，就在火车站旁边.酒店也很干净舒服，就是枕头太软了，早餐也很不错
太糟糕了。那个又高又瘦、声音尖细的前台接待员感觉像个种族主义者。我去取行李的时候，他让我跟着他，然后也没核对号码，就让我把面前的行李拿走。当我告诉他那不是我的行李时，他才看了看号码，然后打开行李房让我自己去拿。我真没想到五星级酒店的服务会是这种水平，再也不想来德国了。
屋里的热水壶有问题，从一入住酒店就和前台说了一直到离开都没到解决
第三次住了，这次服务态度之恶劣让人很难想象是这个价位的酒店，工作人员沟通困难，而且坚决不承认出现了错误，更不要提道歉。本来就是来看球睡的特别晚，天天早上来敲门，没睡几个小时就被吵醒，完全休息不好，再也不会住了。
