房间干净卫生 虽然不大 有一张大床 两张小床 一家四口没问题 早餐相当好吃 服务也好 有一次性拖鞋可以跟前台要 还有小零食 房间每天4瓶水 不够也可以再给 有求必应 有健身房 还有个小游泳池 离地铁站走过去大概5分钟 旁边还有个小超市 买点儿水果 零食 水什么的很方便
住了3天,定的家庭房,大概1440/天
整体来说,住的算比较满意,房间确实不算大,但好在有水+饼干+咖啡提供,干净程度80分吧,但确实很安静,从窗户就能看到碎片大厦的尖尖
位置对旅游来说不算太优越,但好在地铁也比较方便,离所有的景点步行都有点距离(15分钟以上)
接待的前台都是英国人,还都挺热情,没啥歧视,需要点赞的是我们早上10点就到酒店了,然后直接给办了入住,并没有等到下午3点
地理位置还是不错的,离地铁站步行三分钟,步行到主要景点也在20分钟左右,可以沿途体验英伦风光。房间不算大,早餐就是传统的英式早餐。提醒一下,英国酒店都没有拖鞋和牙刷,需要问前台要
早上9点抵达酒店办理入住,但直到下午3点房间都还没准备好。
二楼客房层有股难闻的霉味,卫生间发霉,床单也有污渍,这让我的8天长途旅行非常不舒服和不愉快。
剩下3晚时我换了房间,并向工作人员反映了这些问题,但他们连一句道歉都没有。
房间正常
卫生:只要是卫生,台面上全是灰,住了九个晚上,后面发现身上有被虫咬的情况,穿了睡衣睡的,家里两位都发现一样的症状。让换床单被套后还是这样。
服务人员毛巾都擦地,就看着挺膈应。
地理位置还可以比较方便
环境:左上方在装修有点吵,关闭窗户隔音还好很多。
属于各方面优点都比较平衡的酒店。交通地理位置距离哪里都还比较方便,属于在伦敦性价比不错的酒店。房间也很整洁卫生。
两大一小住得很舒服,房间有空调,在伦敦为数不多的高温天气里面真的很重要!步行到伦敦眼和大本钟大约十多分钟,附近有巴士站和地铁站,交通便利。总体而言还是很满意👍
在英国价格和服务基本相符。入住时是ATTILA先生接待的,其态度温和耐心细致友好!定的本来是三张床的房间,价格比只有一张大床和一张单人床高,他不厌其烦的带着参观不同房间等,承诺给补送一张单人床。酒店早餐食物品种多尤其是慢火煎蛋火候恰到好处,设备齐全,就是餐座有点挤有时邻座起身挪动座椅会收到干扰。

酒店地理位置绝佳,离各个景点都很近。离火车站也非常近,出行便利,周围餐馆林立,选择很多。然而,直到我们来了,第二张床才铺好,我们不得不打电话,而且清洁人员在没有敲门的情况下就闯了进来,这非常糟糕,因为我们当时可能正在换衣服,完全没有心理准备。泳池和桑拿很棒。前台员工也非常有礼貌。总的来说,是一次很棒的体验。
