酒店地理位置非常好，就在湖边，出行方便，不过湖景房看到的是二线湖景。床品很舒服，拿到的是一个联通房，本来担心会吵，没想到隔音很好，晚上睡得很香。前台服务热情，看到我们有小朋友，还送了小礼物。有少量一次性备品，棉签、浴帽等，不过没有牙刷牙膏。总体很满意。
酒店环境舒适，周边出行逛街用餐便利，是一个度假的好地方👍👍👍皇后镇酒店选皇冠假日酒店明智
地理位置非常优越，就在小镇中心，皇后镇机场大巴就在酒店门口，工作人员热心热情且专业，我的包不小心落在机场大巴上了，还好通过酒店工作人员的帮助和指引，顺利找回，十分感谢，房间干净整洁，总之都非常非常好！
酒店设施比较旧了，胜在是皇后镇风景最佳的地段，住的是湖景房，直面绿色的湖面，远处白色雪山，看了心旷神怡。但是办理入住后告知晚上停水，喝水，上厕所都不行，后来找携程客服投诉，得到妥善处理。今后还是在携程平台订酒店，因为可以保证质量，有问题也可妥善处理
酒店太旧，设施老化，性价比极低。三点让我难受：1）洗澡喷头设计太矮，一直顶到头；2）被单是“三明治”结构，被单睡觉时都散开了，难受死。3）早上10点出门挂出清洁房间的牌子，晚上6点回来还没有整理，去前台要求安排清洁，又在大堂等了半个多小时，上去还是没有整理。服务效率太差劲了！！！下次再来绝对不住这家饭店！！！两三千一晚，这种设施和服务，太坑爹了！

酒店环境安静雅致，细节做得很到位，卫生状况超出预期。服务人员态度温和有礼貌，有需求都能及时响应，并每天准备小惊喜给到孩子，孩子特别开心。房间布置简约舒适，住着很放松，是一次很舒心的住宿体验，值得推荐！
房间很干净，拖鞋、浴袍和饮品等免费用品一应俱全。湖景房的景色简直美如画。
酒店地理位置也超棒，步行即可到达市中心，去米尔福德峡湾的清晨可选行程集合点离酒店也只有两三分钟的步行路程。
房间隔音很差，因为有一扇门跟隔壁相连。不知道是携程还是酒店的原因被扣款两次，联系携程说当天就会退款，但是第二天也没有收到，携程又说是海外退款到慢。我用的是当地的银行卡，退款也是退原账户，根本没有隔天还不能到账的！还在维权中！
