地理位置非常优越，就在小镇中心，皇后镇机场大巴就在酒店门口，工作人员热心热情且专业，我的包不小心落在机场大巴上了，还好通过酒店工作人员的帮助和指引，顺利找回，十分感谢，房间干净整洁，总之都非常非常好！
酒店设施比较旧了，胜在是皇后镇风景最佳的地段，住的是湖景房，直面绿色的湖面，远处白色雪山，看了心旷神怡。但是办理入住后告知晚上停水，喝水，上厕所都不行，后来找携程客服投诉，得到妥善处理。今后还是在携程平台订酒店，因为可以保证质量，有问题也可妥善处理
酒店太旧，设施老化，性价比极低。三点让我难受：1）洗澡喷头设计太矮，一直顶到头；2）被单是“三明治”结构，被单睡觉时都散开了，难受死。3）早上10点出门挂出清洁房间的牌子，晚上6点回来还没有整理，去前台要求安排清洁，又在大堂等了半个多小时，上去还是没有整理。服务效率太差劲了！！！下次再来绝对不住这家饭店！！！两三千一晚，这种设施和服务，太坑爹了！
位置好，就在蒸汽船对面，逛街很方便，饭店、超市都近，推荐
房间很干净，拖鞋、浴袍和饮品等免费用品一应俱全。湖景房的景色简直美如画。
酒店地理位置也超棒，步行即可到达市中心，去米尔福德峡湾的清晨可选行程集合点离酒店也只有两三分钟的步行路程。
我们在这里住了五天，非常感谢我们的客房服务员 Author，他提供了优质的服务。他非常注重细节，确保我们的住宿尽可能舒适。
酒店位置很好，周围有很多不同的餐馆。景色也令人惊叹！
皇后镇最佳酒店，地理位置俱佳，门口1路车到机场也很方便。买张bee卡，可以几个人一起使用，上车和司机说一下就可以。酒店的洗衣特别方便，4元洗一次，4元烘干一次。可以前台换硬币。另外，会员可以免费洗衣烘干一次。会员酒店吃饭八折，免服务费。孩子可以免费点餐一份，我们吃到了一个巨大的汉堡。整体体验感非常好，步行去哪里都方便。
宾馆是上个世纪七十年代开业的。虽然有些年头了，但是维护的很好。最关键是地理位置绝佳。 非常推荐带老人孩子来皇后镇住在这里。去餐厅，蒸汽船都是五分钟以内的路程。距离大脸汉堡走路三分钟， 很火的flame grill 50米，蒸汽船步行一分钟。 早餐属于典型的英式早餐。每天几乎都一样，但是水果丰富，可以补充维生素。 而且餐厅可以直接看到湖景，有两个早晨下过雨都看到了彩虹。 如果想省心省力推荐住这里。
我和朋友在这里住了三晚，前台一直都很友好礼貌，房间也很干净，住得很舒服。
地理位置太无敌了，去几条街溜达和去湖边都特别方便，对面就是蒸汽船码头，傍晚在湖边溜达溜达再回酒店特别方便
但卫生状况堪忧，床头柜下竟有别人留下来的空矿泉水瓶
