We received a free upgrade upon arrival to a business class room with complimentary breakfast. Our whole experience was exceptional. The staff were all great and I’d recommend this hotel if you want to take some of the stress out of your travel plans at Heathrow International.

It's a convenient hotel that upgraded us to a suite so we had access to tbe upstairs bar with free drinks and snacks where we were served by the friendly waitress Michelle. The room its self was quite big due to it being a suite but the furniture was scuffed and had marks on them there was also some hairs in the shower when we first arrived. Overall it's a good hotel with a nice chill bar atmosphere on he bottom floor however some furniture needs replacing as its worn.

Close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. Very nice, full service hotel with a restaurant that has good food variety. The rooms are very well designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is quite new, and the structure is divided into a Crowne Plaza and a Holiday Inn.

I always stay at Crowne chain, and recently often choose T4 because of attentive & friendly staff at the breakfast venue and lounge in comparison with the same chain nearby. Especially at lounge they often speak/ask me wanting something to drink and then drinking much more than usual.
