The rugs looked like they never get cleaned . We had to change rooms because the A/C didn’t work. Those carpets were just as dirty. The Diir to the room did not work properly. There was taped note on the door that said it wasn’t working right. The locked door to the outside so no one could enter was just old plastic instead of glass.
Very poor conditions . The breakfast was good !

Upon checking-in I was informed there was a problem with the cable srvice and so no television in the room. I was told there would be some sort of "adjustment" in my bill so will wait to see what that means.

Property was awful had no hot water and they told us if we didn’t like it to check out and leave with no refund

There was a sense of the property being very limited on resources, cleaness, towels, toiletries, etc.

Hotel needs improvements
When entering the room you could tell it had been cleaned (smells of eucalyptus and tee tree). Upon inspection there were also No bugs. Unfortunately the shower was non- operational and sometimes through my stay there were sounds of either children or other consumers stomping up and down hall way. I did tell hotel staff when checking out but received very little response other than thank you. I am two for two on chosing not so good hotels in Indiana.

Suspicious that 3 police cars are parked in the parking lot in what appears to be a seedy part of town. Water was lukewarm. Grounds not well kept. Was clean and bed comfortable.

A lot of things in the room were falling apart, including the deadbolt on the door. There were some dirty stains on some of the lamp shades that looked like old food or something & the air conditioner didn't get that cold & was very loud. For a cheap hotel you get what you pay for I suppose

The bed had stains almost like poop or something i saw cigarette burns in the bed. Shower was not cleaned.we just made it work simply because we had no other options. But overall the people were very nice
