I had a wonderful stay here - the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Positives - the area was quiet, the bed was super comfy, room decor was very cute, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed my daily breakfast sandwich and cold brew coffee with the breakfast coupon! There were a variety of options you could choose from (Chicken and waffles, Yogurt Parfait, Oatmeal, Breakfast sandwich, Breakfast burrito, Avocado toast) or several types of pastries, and a variety of coffee drinks too.
The negatives - they seemingly only have feather pillows. I asked at the front and was told they had firmer pillows, but when I got back to my room the extra pillows I received were just more feather pillows. These tend to set off my allergies and provide no support so hope they will consider adding firmer pillow options in the future! I also chose the "cozy" room, which was small (I didn't mind) - what I did mind was that there is no mini fridge or closet space? I would have loved somewhere to keep my water cold, but can live without a fridge. Instead of a closet (like in the photos) they provide 8 knobs on the wall where you can hang your clothes. I found this absolutely astonishing and have never seen this before. This hotel should consider updating the room photos and room details to something more accurate so as to set appropriate expectations with guests.
At the end of the day, I did enjoy my stay and would return, but wanted to leave a detailed review for others!

Staff was welcoming and kind. Hotel had a nice vibe. Arrived after check-in but was told I needed to wait while room was prepared; once I got in I found that liquid soaps in bathroom had not been refilled. One of the alarms was flashing light every few seconds, making it difficult to sleep.

We love the hotel and the staff is wonderful. We are giving the hotel three stars because they charge $30 a night for parking which is absolutely ridiculous. They claim to have security in the lot at night but we have yet to see anyone there when we get back at night. It’s an open lot (not underground) and no one is checking to see if cars are being broken in to. The hotel is great and we love the location but won’t stay there on our monthly visits due to the crazy parking charge, IHG remove the charge!

Orginal booked room was not available. The staff qas very accommodating and made everything right. Room was clean and nice, perfect for a one night stay!

The fee to park in an uncovered lot no visible security is simply ridiculous. It would be different if there was valet or security but it's the same parking lot like shopping at Kroger just absurd

I didn’t eat breakfast on site but did have coffee and it was fantastic. One of the best cups of hotel coffee I’ve had in recent memory.

房间设施不错，面积也合适，就是我的房间靠着马路，常常有汽车和摩托车马达的轰鸣声，比较吵。除了这点，其他方面都还是不错的。
无线网络太差了，而且外面过往车辆的噪音很大，建议大家入住时要一间不临街的房间。酒吧也很吵。不过停车挺方便，酒店位置也还行，但算不上最好。
