我订的是courtyard view （庭院景），房间非常宽敞，后来，我们又提出想换街景房，工作人员也很热情，第二天帮我们成功换房，虽然小了很多，但窗口看出去就是当年没录取元首的维也纳美术专科学校，我们也进去看了看。出门马路对面就是莫扎特纪念公园。地理位置绝佳，离维也纳歌剧院，维也纳艺术史博物馆，黑死病纪念碑所在的步行街等都非常近，步行即可到达。早饭也很不错，值得推荐。
位置稍有些遗憾，但房间的状况和大小绝对物超所值，足以弥补这个不足。然而，如果你是亚洲面孔或者英语不好，请务必提防办理入住时的经理Mr. MOHAMED SAAD。他会对你进行种族歧视。
酒店服务和房间布置都挺好的。虽然他们给我安排的是最后一间房，但是入住前和退房后他们都帮我搬运行李了！
浴室还行。不过得研究一下怎么洗澡才能更方便。
床很舒服。
早餐是最好的。
最后，前台总是帮我给手机和充电宝充电。他们还很关心我的安全，帮我确认来接我的车是不是对的。

地理位置十分优越，到各个景点都很近。前台服务十分棒，有求必应，很considerate。房间比较简洁，各个设施都有，就是淋浴房的设计很不人性化，没有可以灵活使用的花洒，总体不错。
非常差的酒店，担不起艾美的名头
设施方面：洗澡需要放五分钟才有热水，我也很震惊，找了携程管家和前台核实，就是这样的。并且花洒水很小，很难用。
服务方面：办理入住和离开时均无人帮忙拿行李。
避雷点：在我们退房当日早上8点，有人没敲门就打开了我们房门，与酒店沟通无果后携程跟进，酒店先忽悠携程会给我们道歉，后续并未道歉，就和携程耍赖说谁让我们没挂免打扰的牌子，他们处理没有问题。
来维也纳的各位，这个酒店非常不推荐，不仅硬件差，还有安全隐患，我至今不知道进我房间的人是谁。怎么就没敲门直接进来的。
酒店位于奥地利市中心，周边有很多值得看、值得吃、值得玩的地方。工作人员非常友好，是我在欧洲遇到过最乐于助人的酒店之一。房间还给免费升级了，非常大、干净，设施也很齐全。
非常适合带孩子旅行，早餐也很棒。美中不足的是，最后退房时，前台的男员工只顾自己忙，对客人爱搭不理的……这是唯一让人觉得不友好的地方。
酒店地理位置极佳，市中心去哪都方便。房间很大，浴室很现代化，还有健身房、桑拿和泳池。来维也纳旅游住这里绝对是个不错的选择。
