房间大.很漂亮,位置特别好,可是屋里没有烧水壶和茶包,态度非常好说马上给安排,然后就忘了,总体还是很好,值得
布拉格的文化房间非常小、没有任何性价比、同样的价格完全可以选其它品牌。
酒店在老城中心,离主要景点都不远,但布局比较逼仄,没有游泳池,住房也分成了三个区域,我们订的基础房和SPA在同一栋楼,早上有做瑜伽的群体很吵,投诉之后在后面两晚搬去其它地方了。
房间比较旧了,各类用品齐全,品质不错。
酒店的亮点在于服务,这在很大程度上弥补了硬件的不足,酒店各种礼宾服务,譬如私人游船泛河,代订音乐会及各类门票,投诉后很重视,也送了果盘和香槟,生日也主动送了蛋糕。
餐食水平一般,但感觉这是布拉格的一个普遍问题,这个城市餐饮单一且品质不佳。

房间舒适,大小适中,淋浴间也宽敞干净,床上用品也舒适睡着舒服。酒店餐厅东西挺好吃,价格也合理,出门10分钟路程就到查理大桥,非常方便,就是酒店的押金到现在也没有退回,不知道什么情况
位置、服务和品质都无可挑剔。这家酒店我强烈推荐。酒店周边也有很多很棒的餐厅,值得一试。开车到“老城”大概需要10分钟,但我更建议你们步行,从酒店旁边的桥走过去,你会看到一处历史杰作。下次来布拉格,我还会选择这家酒店。
酒店不错,服务也超棒,但住在三楼却没有电梯……对于这种级别的五星级酒店来说,这简直无法接受!
