这家凯悦是我住过最诡异的酒店了。位置在洲际的马路对面。我夫妻俩带俩孩子一个8岁一个5岁,订了两间房,问前台要个连通房,说价格不一样,连通房要加钱,作罢,谁让咱穷呢。进了房间小的都快站不下,这倒是有心理预期,不过一打开电梯门,摆着一个人脸面具,煞是渗人的慌,推开窗户是个天井,里面一个晾衣服的长长的绳子,上面也挂着各种泥塑玩偶,各式各样,神态各异,吓死个人。孩子吓的不敢单独睡觉。第二天说什么也不愿意住,只好退房去了隔壁洲际,当然那边也蛮坑的。
餐厅服务员也蛮诡异,全是男的,有个长得像胖头陀,特别瘦,当然评价别人外表不礼貌,五星酒店服务员不做挑选,也是诡异。总之这家店就是透漏着各种诡异。
服务也将将就就,该有的都有。
有一说一,床倒是睡的舒服,我家孩子累加上倒时差,睡了12小时。
位置和早餐都不错,很安全,服务也很好。下次还会再来。
豪华双床房,窗外是个空调外机房,开窗全是油烟味,看见中国人就给这种最差的房间。然后让你花200欧升房。我看评价也有写这个的,当时想着不一定是我也会遇到吧?结果真的不出意外,估计是中国人都给这种房间,还不给你换房,全是空房,都告诉你满了。要么花钱升,要么凑活住。隔音很差,楼上两点钟回来,就咚咚咚的巨响没法休息好。
说了一堆,假装挺重视,其实跟说了一堆废话没区别,想让看见这条评论的中国人还去住你们酒店,真是痴心妄想。一层中最差的房间,怎么就分配给我了呢?提前携程跟你们也备注了,你们也收到了备注,结果还是给最差的房间。又想赚中国人的钱,又不想对中国人好,我算看出来了。要不是在伯纳乌看球,我是不会选择住离市区这么远的地方的,结果还是踩雷,你们离伯纳乌也不是很近,伯纳乌旁边有很多五星酒店可以选择,价格也不贵。你们两三千人民币一晚上的房间就给这种房间,还好意思说一视同仁,真的过分了。
一次非常棒的体验。员工服务给满分。早餐不错,房间设施齐全。
员工很友善,乐于助人。我们给车充电时遇到了问题,寻求帮助后,他们一分钟内就赶过来帮忙了。停车场就在地下室,所以我们可以直接卸下行李,然后从地下室坐电梯直达房间楼层,非常方便。
房间:宽敞。
早餐:不值,种类太少了。
清洁度:总体看起来挺干净的。但我认为酒店应该多关注一下“小细节”,房间里的一把勺子和早餐餐厅的一个盘子都有污渍。
地理位置好,治安好。
房间硬件不错,略有不足的是浴室稍微窄了一点。卫生间和洗手池很大。
早餐不错,品质高。自助,还可以根据菜单另行单点。
服务友好。
第二次入住这家美妙的酒店了……地理位置对观光和购物来说依然是完美的……我们几乎所有地方都靠步行。这次升级后,我们获得了行政酒廊的专属使用权,那里真是个放松身心、享用早餐午餐或者只是在漫长的一天后休息的好地方……工作人员非常友好,而且真的关注到了我们的需求。还会再来的!
早餐不错😌 品种丰富,还可以零点。 房间在马德里不算小的了!整体很满意~ 交通便捷,附近博物馆、美术馆都挺多。
