第二次入住，离机场大巴近的三分钟步行，虽然回程选择的还是携程送机服务，但的确交通便利…楼下网红Tetop非常好吃，住此方便一次次享受美食…卫生也很干净，总之下次还会选择这里
天际大酒店就在奥克兰天空塔的旁边，位置非常好，这家酒店非常大，马路两边都是他们的，各种类型的餐厅就有10多家，几乎酒店附近的餐厅都是酒店的。房间很大也很干净，服务总体还不错，只是我朋友等房间等到下午4点，可能人太多了，不过还补贴了50刀新币。可以停车，让酒店的人开车去停车场，想开车了5分钟就开过来了，还是方便的。推荐这家酒店，性价比还挺好的。这是酒店附近的天空塔和大教堂。
房间太小，一个普通标间。主要是照明太暗了，要靠三个台灯补光，一个还坏了，另一个固定不住。淋浴喷头也不好。让补下茶包是乱补的没有green tea，牛奶也没有补。走的时候门口的bellman不管开车门也不管帮忙搬行李就站那看着
房间设施齐全，小吧台酒类食品多，位置绝佳在市中心。早餐非常丰富美味。服务热情周到，行李可以存放在前台门卫那边，方便出行。
在新西兰住过好几家酒店，这次订的酒店比较满意，早餐能接受👍总体上来说不错
在奥克兰住过几个酒店 jw ，皇冠 说实话这家相比不差 房间的设备基本齐全 也比较新 每天都有免费的瓶装水 这就不容易了 皇冠就没有 给的小费 服务员也不要🙅 整体不错
很不错，陪集团领导出差预定的酒店，只要是早餐丰盛，床品舒适，打扫及时，还有免费牛奶，大家都很满意，下次还住
家庭出游，服务意识太差了，因为我订的2间房5晚的订单，房当天不能靠一起也罢了，竟然后面几晚都不能调换，当晚入住后发现床上用品竟然没有换，床上还有上一任房客的毛发，看得真是恶心，打电话联系酒店经理，酒店的处理结果也就是当晚给我们换了一间房间，第二天还是我们原来分开的房间

地段非常好，皇后街购物 码头 餐饮都很方便！楼上就是天空塔！平台帮忙申请了提前入住和延迟退房！很满意的一次体验！
早餐每天重复，而且如果是通过第三方网站预订的话，停车费非常贵。希望酒店能关注一下早餐和客房送餐（In-Room Dining）的餐饮选择，因为菜品种类有限，而且南瓜枫糖汤实在太甜了，味道不搭。客房送餐需要增加更多菜品选择。除此之外，服务和房间清洁都非常出色和迅速，所有服务员都非常友好和礼貌，包括办理入住和退房时的负责人。谢谢。
