We are guests here to enjoy the service, not to be lectured by the staff.
We requested to extend our stay for one more night. The staff confirmed that they had upgraded us to our current room so we wouldn’t need to change rooms, but we would need to complete some additional paperwork. We clearly informed them that we had a baby sleeping in the room and asked not to be disturbed.
However, within just one hour, three different staff members knocked on our door five times, and three different people called the room nearly ten times. The phone rang very suddenly and loudly each time, which frightened and woke up our sleeping baby. This completely disregarded the fact that we were exhausted from a long journey and that our baby needs continuous sleep for her health and well-being.
This situation left us very upset, and one Chinese staff member even lectured us, using “we have the right to refuse service to guests” as an excuse. We truly did not expect to encounter such behavior in Canada, a country known for “putting children first.” It was shocking and deeply disappointing.
这个酒店特别适合在温哥华机场转机过夜,酒店有免费接送机服务,提供早上5:30开始的早餐,非常贴合转机需求。设施有的旧但不影响使用。周边有多个中餐馆
房间和设施一班,总体感觉还是过得去。早餐只有面包和饮料🥤。和国内同价的酒店不能比。离机场近。可以送机。

距离中国城很近,有很多餐厅可以选择。
有去往温哥华机场的免费班车,车次很多非常方便。
不足之处是酒店的早餐种类实在太少了,做华夫饼还要自己动手,电梯只有一个需要等较长时间。
房间干净卫生,安静,出行方便。
离机场10分钟车程。
有往返机场的班车,从清晨一直运行到中午。

离“食家世界”(华人超市)很近。
肯德基和汉堡王也在附近。
服务:我们是客人,是来享受服务的,不是来被服务人员教育的。申请延住一晚,工作人员确认好帮我们升级到现有的房间、不需要换房,但需要补办手续,我们已经说明有婴儿在休息,不要打扰,结果!在一个小时内,三个不同的人来敲了5次门,三个不同的人打了将近10次电话,电话的声音还特别特别突然和大声,把熟睡的婴儿吓到了并吵醒了,完全不顾我们长途旅行的劳累和需要连续睡眠的婴儿的身心健康,把我们弄的情绪激动了,一名华裔/华人女员工还反过来教育我们,并且用“我们有权拒绝服务客人”来当幌子。真没想到在“把儿童放在第一位的加拿大”出现这样的人、做这样的事,太让人震惊和失望。

非常不满意,标注的24小时接送机服务基本等于0,从上午11:20以后就完全不提供接送机了,提前一天定了早上9:50,9:38告诉我班车取消,不送不接,完全不商量让我自己解决,房间很小,订房时写了两张queen size床,事实上是1.2米的double size,设施非常陈旧简陋,门板脱漆,早餐种类极少。不会再来。
酒店地理位置优越,距离布莱波特车站步行仅需5分钟,交通非常便利。周边还有一些餐馆和超市。酒店含早餐,从早上5:30就开始供应。如果免费班车电话能接得更快一些,服务就更完美了!
自2012年以来,我每次飞抵温哥华(YVR)并在第二天穿越美加边境(无论是北上还是南下)时都住在这里。长途飞行后,酒店的接驳车简直是救星,从机场免费致电酒店,短途车程就到,一切搞定。回程也同样方便。
早上5:30就有早餐也很棒。虽然可能不是甜味谷物的替代品,但有百吉饼、华夫饼、酸奶、吐司和果酱。还有咖啡和茶。
房间很干净。酒店是时候该翻新了,我最大的抱怨是——请把房间里的那种咖啡袋咖啡机扔掉吧!流出来的东西简直太恶心了。
这次旅行有个大惊喜。酒店的火警警报响了。列治文最好的消防员都来了,后来证实是虚惊一场。我还和其他客人聊了会儿。一天开始了,还挺刺激的。
我仍然是这家酒店的忠实粉丝。
酒店提供免费机场接送服务。房间大小很棒,还包含免费早餐。房间的装修有点旧。步行5分钟即可到达加拿大线车站。奇怪的是,我们住一晚竟然要250美元的押金,我们这次旅行住的其他三家酒店都不需要押金。酒店不提供拖鞋。
