酒店回复: Thank you for the great review! Unfortunately, as we are located in the heart of the downtown Entertainment District, there can be some street noise at night. We do have rooms that face away from the street that are generally much quieter, and are usually available on request. We also offer free earplugs at the front desk. Like any large city there can be some visible homelessness downtown but they are generally harmless and are mostly just passing through. We hope to see you again soon!

酒店回复: You had booked a bed in a shared dorm room. There is no guarantee that you will be the only one in there. The front desk offered you to upgrade you to a private room and pay the difference, which you declined. During the multiple attempts to get our reception to move you into an empty room for free, your behavouir became increasingly offensive towards the staff. Therefore, management decided to not extend your stay. We refunded all future nights that you weren't able to stay.
青旅设施很新，清洁的很干净。早上的自助早餐很丰盛。给升级了四人间的不靠近马路的房间(这里晚上很安静)。公区小二层有自习空间，总体很满意。
性价比超高，太喜欢这里的早餐了，贝果🥯很好吃，遗憾就是楼体隔音很差，随时有人入住，很影响休息，门口是夜店一条街，周末会很嘈杂，门口蹲着很多homeless ，市中心的位置方便去大温任何地方。
位置很好，出行方便，公共区域干净整洁，床铺舒适，隔音一般但可以接受。前台热情有耐心，整体性价比高，适合独自旅行或预算出行，推荐入住。
优点：位置非常好，就在市中心，步行可以去斯坦利公园、煤气镇和商场；前台和早餐都不错。
缺点：浴室水流很小，厕所非常狭窄；床单碰一下都冒灰尘，很脏；有个亚裔怪老头住客很没礼貌！也会有住客把房间弄得很臭，房间通风差。
地段很好，在市中心，但这条街流浪汉多街上环境差一些。青旅价格优惠，适合低预算旅行者 旅舍的早餐是个亮点，免费的。就是没有洗衣房，还要出去洗衣。
房间太狭窄，上下铺的。晚上特别是下半夜的，1～3点还大量的去人，一个小房间挤着六张上下铺。晚上去的住客，衣服、鞋子一大堆。这些都是缺点，但优点也有，地处繁华交通方便，特别是乘地铁到机场也很方便。这里早餐也尚可，厨房也不错挺干净。不排除下次可能再来，我给这个小旅馆打4分-4.5分。
前台热情，地理位置极佳，就在温哥华市中心，隔壁是city centre，床位宽敞，每层都有washroom
服务态度极其恶劣，态度非常之差。酒店需要信用卡登记押金，我于是表示可以刷卡确认即可。前台店员拒绝，表示必须要手动录入我的信用卡信息，并且必须要拿走我的信用卡。我因为没有贴住cvc码，所以想要确认是否录入信息包括cvc码。得到肯定答复后我说这个不符合规定，我有权保护自己的账户安全，店员马上暴怒并表示拒绝为我办理入住！直到换了一个人与我沟通，迅速解决了问题。
我一共住了5晚
此酒店建议大家不要来住。这家酒店有个从香港来这里打工的前台—*****，服务特别嚣张态度极其恶劣，入住期间威胁顾客，说他可以把顾客赶走。顾客深夜抵达，不想开房间灯影响熟睡的其他客人，询问是否可以找个空房间整理下行李。他却不仅不给客人正确安排，还欺骗客人没有房，甚至威胁客人若继续提出换房他可以把客人赶走。之后还恶意取消客人后面的订单（实际上那被取消的是客人朋友的新订单，只不过是用客人的名字预订的单客人本身就是住三天退房去whistler滑雪的，可见*****这心态是有多奔溃，客人点破了他骗人的行径，他由此不满，心怀报复，打着经理的幌子说是经理说的，还私自冒充管理层的名义备注给其他员工 不要给这个订单办入住，*****这种打工仔你简直****，行为太恶劣了，酒店收这种员工真是一粒老鼠屎打坏一锅汤。实际上全是他本人打击报复客人。这种人最好滚回香港，在别人的国家打工他还横着走。
安全：就*****这种****的员工在贵酒店工作 安全性值得怀疑。
