酒店地理位置优越，步行就可以逛逛大型商圈，装修风格时尚现代，房间品质不错，卫生间还设有残疾人配套设备，人性化！西式早餐非常好吃😋
这个酒店服务真的很不好！很不好！！
入住的时候美其名曰要个邮件地址，如果落下东西可以联系到我寄回国内。等我真需要寄东西了，发了个邮件告知我之后，就失踪了！！联系酒店三天渺无音讯，给我的明信片也一点用都没有，还是携程客服帮我催酒店回了个邮件（感动哭了🥹），然后酒店让我自己叫国际快递，等我叫完了，快递员快到了，他们又渺无音讯，真是要气死我了😡最后携程官方催了12个小时才给回复，这次连我邮件都没回复
以及，如果选择住这个酒店，一定一定一定一定要注意厕所的地砖特别特别特别的滑，一定一定一定一定要铺个毛巾😢
工作人员非常热情。房间又大又宽敞。酒店位置在岩石区中心，正对着悉尼歌剧院。
这家酒店住得很舒服。喜欢它古朴的风格和装饰。地理位置优越，离旅游景点很近。附近有很多餐饮选择，如果你不想在酒店餐厅用餐的话。便利店也在附近。
我们的皇后遗产房（Queen heritage room）宽敞又干净。但是，供暖系统不太好用，即使调到32度，感觉也只有18度左右。房间不够暖和。热水系统也需要检查一下，我们离开那天早上5:30我去洗澡，水放了好几分钟也一直不热。我同伴只好放弃洗热水澡了。
非常感谢前台的那位女士，我们从国外飞过来，很想躺下休息，她让我们提前办理了入住，这一点非常贴心。
如果对暖气和热水没有特殊要求的话，我会向朋友和家人推荐这家酒店。
地理位置绝佳，是游览这座城市最好的选择。员工也很棒。但没有电梯，窗户也不能打开，新风系统也不太给力。
