Nice location, great staff.
The amenities need improvement. Bathrooms look tired. No safety deposit boxes. No bathrobes. For the price charged, we would expect better.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff were courteous. 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool was heated, and appears to be accessible most hours aside from one hour for cleaning purposes. Outdoor area was nice and chairs to sit along river. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Great food and service.

Biggest hotel that I ever stayed at
The back of the hotel is like an oasis. They have a bar set up by the pool, a path to scenery, and some good tunes going. It reminded me of being south.
The room was okay. A lot smaller than I thought it would be for the price. It didn’t matter, we were not in it for very long.
They need more elevators. We spent a lot of time in the morning waiting to either go up or down. We had to wait over half an hour to check in. The front desk staff didn’t have time for small talk or even to be very friendly. We were just processed through.
The housekeeping staff add the personal touch. One stopped and helped me get ice. Another asked how my stay was going.

酒店就在Saint John River 河边，适合一家人安静的度假。有kayak 活动和游船可去玩和坐下。河边的步道很长，适合骑车和步行。可惜沿途有不少Homeless聚集 ，一个人或天黑了不要走这个步道。
这家酒店还行，我们东行自驾游的第一站就住在这里，有些地方不错，有些地方则不太好。停车场很大，我们特意选这里是为了停我的皮卡，不过这么大的空间居然还要收费，有点离谱。
办理入住很顺利，到了房间，发现房间里的味道不太清新，好在推拉门可以完全打开。房间的清洁度一般，地板上有根橡皮筋，椅子上好像有花生酱之类的东西，所以我用毛巾盖住了。餐厅看起来挺火的，所以我们点了俱乐部三明治，结果难吃死了。烤鸡又干又柴，一点酱料都没有。这70美元是我这次旅行花得最冤枉的。不过送餐到房间的女孩人倒是挺好的。退房的时候，前台也不肯赔偿我三明治的费用。
走廊很窄，清洁人员经过的时候态度也不友好，甚至可以说是粗鲁。
室外游泳池和露台让你感觉仿佛置身于另一个世界！真是令人倒胃口！我们很喜欢。
浴帘又吵又脏，只有一个普通的咖啡胶囊，停车场收费，但正在施工。停车应该免费。
能讲一点法语就更好了，非常感谢。
