property ok clean - frdly staff.
hall way smelled of smoke, even though it was the non smoking floor - i smoke but i went outside.
breakfast not ready at 6am for early early travelers- delayed trip bk to eat a little bit not much available options- had to go. got something else along the way but would have been better to be able to eat on time and leave on time without haveing to spend extra and spend extra time out. otherwise ok

Room smelled like dirty socks and was very humid. Towels did NOT dry when hung up over night. Therefore, the damp dirty sock smell each day when I returned to the room.

This hotel is in a very much needed renovation. Everything looks old and run down. I will pass on this one next time I visit.

I had an amazing stay at SpotX in Tampa! Melissa and the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a great vibe. What really stood out was the warm hospitality — everyone made sure I had everything I needed and created such a positive experience. My stay was truly awesome 👍💯. I highly recommend SpotX to anyone visiting Tampa and will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean and is in my opinion worth more than what its priced at. I like that theirs no deposit you have to pay.

Florida stay
I stayed at this hotel many times when it was a Sleep Inn and enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very accommodating. I did not like the fact that I could not open my blinds to get some Florida sun. There was no curtain or anything to shield people from the outside looking in. I was on the first floor facing the parking lot and people were sitting outside of my window. Hardware from previous window treatment had not been removed. There were no lids that fit the coffee cups or regular sugar my entire stay. The bedside table was very very small. It's size was about 12x12. I had to clean the TV remote prior to using it because it had what looked like dried food on it. The clock on the bedside table had not been cleaned and look like kids at smeared food or something on it as well.
