This roach was in our bathroom. Horrible bathroom in need of repair. No phone in room. No clock. No suitcase rack. Horrible. Fitness room terrible and not clean. AC didn't work. They said they give me a refund/ compensation. But I was charged full price for the stay. Will be giving a very bad review on travel sites

This place was terrible. No elevator, the place stinks and they would not refund my incidentals. When I asked them about it they said they did. I had to get my bank involved. Staff very rude

Property is under renovation. No restaurant, no convenient elevator, no phone in room, in need of updating. Make sure you have a clear understanding of whether or not the services you require, or are expecting are operational. BW reservations nor the property alerted me to the onsite deficiencies that existed prior to my arrival.

the hotel experience was amazing!!! the women at the front desk was super nice the rooms were beautiful. breakfast included it was good. rooms were clean service was amazing would stay here again! we were on the top floor the rooms were all remodeled and look amazing.

Was there this passed weekend and there was multiple problems. The room smelled like mildew. Call the receptionist about our fridge, not closing end up, fixing it myself because they never showed up. Basketball team was there and kids were running around late at night loud music in the little gazebo thing outside. Breakfast was very basic. hotel Staff was rude when you complain. The only good interaction you get was the cleaning people that live inside the hotel. And the room was clean. It was ok for the basketball team to use the breakfast room to hang out but you can go into the conference room after six, even though you had a reservation. Website says that there’s a restaurant but it’s no longer there.. parking lot need to be a little cleaner.

The elevator was out, down for repairs. We had to lug bags up three flights. Upon entering the room, the smoke alarm was beeping. I went to call the front desk to ask for a replacement battery, but the phone didn't work. I just removed the battery and hoped the room didn't catch fire while we were there. The breakfast the first morning was acceptable, not good, but acceptable. The next day it was horrible. The bacon was disgusting and not worth eating. This was the first time in my life I threw away bacon! The scrambled eggs turned cold before you even get to the table, and the automated pancake maker turned out non-fluffy excuses for a pancake. The dining room manager announced breakfast was over at 9:00 am, even though the sign said it was open until 9:30. A late arriving guest pointed out the sign and the manager begrudgingly allowed this couple in. The second this couple got their food, the manager turned off the lights and shut down the room. I stay at this hotel several times a year, but I may have to think of alterative lodgings. It's just been going downhill these past few years.

The hotel was filthy! Checkin was 3:00. I arrived at 2:00 and asked if we could checkin early because rehearsal dinner that night. Was advised to come back at 2:30. First room was filthy. Floor was sticky, desk was sticky, bathtub leaked and had a layer of greasy dirt and the tv didn’t work. I was given another room and but by then were in a hurry to get to our event. When we got back saw the toilet had a thick layer of what looked like pee all over the back and the wallpaper was peeling off. This hotel should not be open. Looked for people to talk to but no one was around that evening or Monday when we were checking out.

Place is clean,the employees very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. Looking forward to the next stay. The only fallback was that the pool was closed. But it's that time of the year.love going to the pool. The staff makes it feel like home and it's my go to place.
