酒店门口有电车直达市中心,10来分钟车程,沿途可以看看城景,苏黎世治安挺好,晚上回来也安全。酒店周边安静,隔音不错,房间和厕所都不小,在瑞士这性价比可以了,入住和退房都很快,交卡即退房。酒店附近有超市,也有餐厅,吃饭建议去市区更多选择,图片下面这家餐厅不错,在市河边,在瑞士分店挺多的,日内瓦也有一家。
非常不建议大家选择苏黎世H酒店!入住体验堪称糟糕透顶!简直让瑞士之旅记忆抹黑。从踏入酒店起,清洁问题就暴露无遗:房间没有清洁和布草到位,还有屋顶小飞虫,只有第一天有两瓶水,也不会再给,而且是在入住期间提醒了酒店后仍然不积极回应处理,前台回应是住客自己不打扫,第二天没有服务续卡到位 ,我们回来进不去酒店,没有及时处理,还要半夜和客户扯皮指责我们,服务更是令人心寒,工作人员态度敷衍傲慢,多次提出需求都被无视或拖延。
最让人愤怒的是其傲慢的处理问题方式!我们因上述问题多次向酒店投诉,始终得不到有效解决,反而遭遇推诿扯皮。通过携程平台协助维权,酒店依然消极对待,毫无解决问题的诚意。这样一家不重视客户体验、缺乏服务意识的酒店,大家务必慎重选择,别让一次糟糕的住宿毁了整个旅程!
在Trip.com上订完机票后,他们给我推荐了这家酒店,价格非常诱人,我考虑后就接受了。这是一家非常合格的酒店。我住了三天,正好没有赶上球赛,因为酒店对面就是当地的足球场。所以,我的住宿非常安静,他们给了我一间面向街道内侧的房间,景色很不错。他们推荐我订35瑞士法郎的自助早餐,但我不推荐。市中心有很多早午餐的地方,花同样的钱你可以吃得像国王一样丰盛。酒店附近有一个超市,可以买到你需要的所有东西。旁边还有一家卖烤肉串或类似食物的店。交通非常便利,2号有轨电车就在附近,有一个车站。房间很宽敞,床垫很舒服,浴室也很现代和干净。我没有开暖气,因为它对我来说太吵了。总而言之,如果价格合适,我非常推荐这家酒店。
门口就是汽车站,去任何方向都很方便,到火车总站也就15分钟左右。 浴室设施齐全,总体感觉还是不错的。 就是前台的态度不很耐心, 德语也不够流利。
太棒的酒店!我太太太太太喜欢入住苏黎世H+酒店了。
办理入住很顺利,房间很干净,早餐也很好吃。
我肯定会再次选择住在这里的。
房间小而美就是卫生间马桶味道挺大,也安静,出差顺到住一晚,图片是当地知名巧克力,火车站 ,酒店照片太急 没有来得及拍
地理位置绝佳,非常干净,设施也很新!旁边就是Aldi超市和电车站,出行非常方便。
交通便利,环境优雅安静,房间宽敞明亮,清爽干净。
酒店位置比想象中要偏一些,但是距离市中心最繁华的那条老街,坐公交车也只有7个站,20分钟左右。附近没有什么特别容易消费的餐馆和早餐店,需要在酒店里吃,附近有三家靠谱,但是只有一家比较大,需要走的稍微远一些。
这次是短暂停留,就住了一晚,为了赶早班机去苏黎世机场。酒店还行,但感觉不像四星级酒店。办理入住很快,员工也很专业。WiFi登录出了一点小问题,本可以更简单些。房间里没有冰箱,空间利用也不是很好。
