前台服务很好、有问必答,热情周到。房间设施齐全、好用。早餐种类多、搭配合理、满足需求。酒店位置离苏黎世火车总站10分钟以内,去主要景点,非常方便。
酒店位置不错,到很多地方走路就可以到。比较好找。房间较小,双床房每个床0.8米。洗手间比较窄。早餐品种一般。
健身房和水疗中心很棒。房间设计精美且干净。房间里提供了免费的瓶装水,我很喜欢!浴室使用的是RITUALS的沐浴露。他们还帮我们把行李送到了房间。早餐有煎蛋站,可以做蛋卷!
酒店很漂亮,看起来很新。设施一应俱全,包括微波炉、自动洗碗机,还有电磁炉可以做饭,锅碗瓢盆也都准备好了。不过离火车站可能有点远。
很棒又舒适的酒店。我的房间有个漂亮的阳台,正对着内院。房间设计独特,与众不同,让人感觉非常温馨。早餐种类齐全,达到了四星级酒店应有的水准,有新鲜水果、煎蛋卷、各式面包和三文鱼等等。
他们甚至在退房时送了一瓶水,这个小细节很贴心。
干净舒适的酒店,还包含早餐和欢迎水果。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店。我们预订了一间豪华双人房,它带有一个独立的小客厅、一间配有独立浴缸的完整浴室,以及一个宽敞的户外露台。从入住到退房,一切都非常顺利,工作人员非常乐于助人。酒店的早餐是我们整个旅程中最好的之一。
酒店距离火车站步行约10分钟,旁边就是购物街。
总而言之,这是一次非常棒的入住体验。
离苏黎世HB很近,附近交通也很便利,不过酒店附近的人班味好重,感觉游客在苏黎世有点格格不入😅…餐厅很可爱,每个餐桌有放不同形状的小南瓜,但是早餐很普通,种类也比较少。房间面积蛮小,两个28寸的行李箱摊开有点儿拥挤,如果是壮汉出游可能房间会稍显局促。btw,欢迎水果里面的西梅(还是桃子?)很好吃!!!可以问问水果品类and在哪买有牌子吗!
这个酒店我真的很纠结,一周内住了两次,第一次的房间220(单人间),虽然小到炸裂但卫生很ok,设施也正常。但是第二次入住被分到了222(同类单间),简直就是悲剧的开始。
首先,222的卫生状况真的惊掉我下巴:
1. 🩸房间墙之上有喷射的红色液体干了的痕迹(合理怀疑是血迹/因为我拿纸巾发现能擦掉,而且颜色深红色不注意看根本不知道)但我是真的不知道怎么弄上去的……
2. 🕸️有结蜘蛛网,所以叫了打扫但是他们眼神差到还是没发现,还是我自己拿纸巾擦掉的。
由此可见,打扫卫生的员工和其认真程度真的略差。
3. 浴巾有一块黑色地方
4. 床单上有很细的头发
前台小姐姐说了真的很抱歉,帮我升到了双人房。卫生虽然好了些,但是那个硬件设施却维护的很差:
1. 淋浴间的门胶条卡住,所以门合不上,水自然会溢到淋浴间外面
2. 不锈钢的篮子摇摇欲坠,明显需要螺丝加固,却没有人做……
如果能忍受“肯能面对的糟糕卫生”和“不太行的维护状况”,那么这个酒店还是很有可取之处的:
1. 位置位置位置!非常王炸的位置,去哪里都方便
,不用打车,去机场也简简单单步行十分钟到火车站
最后,服务完全看人,有不小心开我房间的老白男(锁了都能开/好险不在拉💩)也认错态度好帮我换房的小姐姐,早餐的everything omelet很好吃
