除了糟糕，还能说什么？! 应用程序和网站都有技术故障！我给酒店打了4次电话，发了5封邮件！一丁点儿回应都没有，简直是耻辱！
不推荐，我通过PayPal支付的全款竟然没有收到完整的发票。服务态度很差。我经常在德国各地出差，以后绝不会再订这种酒店了！再也不会来了！
房间比较老旧，电梯狭窄，环境还行

酒店整洁。提供早餐。浴室很漂亮，写字台也很宽敞。地理位置优越，就在市中心。
酒店非常干净，员工友好。酒店就在老城墙对面，步行5分钟即可到达市中心。我们在这里吃了两次早餐，早餐种类丰富，有谷物、水果、肉类、鸡蛋、奶酪，甚至还有意大利面！还有面包卷和羊角面包。房间没有空调，因为天气很热，所以空调是必不可少的。淋浴很棒。我建议你自带枕头，因为我们俩的枕头都凹凸不平，睡起来很不舒服。除此之外，住宿体验非常完美。
