I didnt stay at the hotel and was still charged for the days even though they marked me as a no show. I didnt make the reservations. And they will not return my money.
I have nver stayed with them and will never stay with them and tell everyone I know not to stay there.
Horrible and rude service when I called to talk to them about it.

酒店回复: Based on reviewing your reservation, We only charged the first night no show charge and did not charge for the other 2 nights of your 3 night reservation. Because your reservation not directly through the hotel, you do need to review the cancelation terms as they may be different than what we have.

I requested an upstairs room and Alicia gave us room 235 at check in with a non smiling face. The room has a moldy smell, old carpet, noisy wall ac, bed sheet not real clean with some human hairs found on top and worst of all some creaking noise from the bathroom that sounds like plumbing issue to me. It felt like a motel 6 room with a $190 price tag. And last but not least got a small bed bug bite on the ankle. Thanks , Sonesta, i will stay away from booking here again.

Very clean, updated, spacious room! Easy pre-check and had my request for extra blankets, coffee and Kleenex ready in the room when we arrived. The included breakfast was great! They ran out of things but refilled everything quickly. The breakfast included biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, milk, toast, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, cereal, etc…Juice, coffee and milk. I will definitely be back!

其实就是的大的motel 距离公路太近 有点吵。不过早餐还有设施什么的都还可以。
工作人员很友好,乐于助人。
