The outside of the hotel isn't all lit up, but don't let that fool you. The furnishings in the room were brand new. Bed was very comfortable, bath towels were of very good quality, and overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Night was quiet, place was clean. All was good.

办理入住手续并支付了房费和50美元的押金后，我们被告知酒店不提供早餐，只有瓶装水、茶和咖啡。所谓的“小吃吧”只有几包薯片和两三包糖果。“饮料种类”也只有三种口味的12盎司罐装饮料。我们去了房间，发现里面没有冰箱，没有衣柜/抽屉之类的东西放衣服，没有咖啡机，甚至连冰桶都没有。我们打电话给前台，被告知所有房间都没有这些东西，因为酒店“才开业三个月”。我简直不敢相信，你们开业三个月了，连一家普通酒店甚至一家破旧酒店都没有的东西都没有，而且你们还是温德姆集团旗下的酒店？！既然我们已经付了钱，也把行李都搬进来了，我们只好作罢，只好住在这里。我们用一个垃圾桶临时充当冰桶，用来冷藏饮料和我们在那里买的食物。半夜我醒来想去洗手间，结果发现所有的灯都坏了？！我们到的时候明明是好的。简直太离谱了。他们根本就不应该在还没准备好的情况下就开门营业。
我敢肯定我们住的房间是少数几个没翻新的。浴室里的毛巾架坏了，卫生纸架也坏了。周围房间的门大多都有被撬过的痕迹。凌晨两点，对面房间的客人在走廊里尖叫着跑来跑去。床头上方挂着一幅画，但没装裱，只是放在床头板上。浴缸里有一层粉笔灰。水龙头用完后滴了好几个小时。毛巾上有油渍。浴室门关不上也锁不上。
房间干净整洁，维护得很好，服务也很周到。最大的缺点是房间里没有热水！等热水的时候，我注意到水压很弱。直到晚上很晚我才发现这些问题。
如果你想找一家干净的酒店，这家就是。
