酒店回复: Thanks for staying with us as all policies are mentioned at the front desk and no visitors are allowed after 9.00 PM as it the quite time and other guest in the rooms get disturbed we noticed guest after 9.00 PM and they were 4 of them total people in the room we saw were 7 when they came out at close to 10.00 PM and as mentioned the keys do get demagnetized and as front desk had mentioned on the phone that most of the time at late night we see more people going in the room the staff was not rude in talking and yes as mentioned all cars need to be registered at the front desk all hotel policies are clear on ******* and at the front desk but sometimes guest does not cooperate or understand and blame the hotel staff .Thanks

酒店回复: Hello You had booked a handicap room and by requirements we cannot have 2 chairs in the room we need the room to have access to wheel chair if you would have booked a regular room then those room do have 2 chairs it good to see the room type you are booking before making a reservation and see if that room meets your requirements

住在这里很棒。除了没有电梯，而且能听到隔壁房间的声音，其他都很愉快。非常喜欢！
房间还算过得去，但经常有股异味。
我的电视遥控器电池没电了——他们提供的替换电池也在同一天晚上没电了。第二天早上，那位女士告诉我，他们给了我全新的电池——请不要撒谎。只要道歉并解决问题就行了。除此之外，我还会再次使用这家服务。
服务不错，但糟糕透顶！再也不住了
我从未经历过这样的住宿体验，而且我绝对不是在说好话。入住当天晚上，我的家人来接我们吃晚饭，他们确实进房间等了我们，等了我们收拾好东西，一共等了大约20分钟。期间，前台粗鲁地质问我家人为什么来这里，而我在入住时已经告知他们要来，甚至还提供了车牌号。我们出门吃晚饭时，我收到前台的短信，说他们看到有人从我的房间出来，要扣除我的押金。我立即打电话到前台，告诉他们没人住，只是有人来接我吃晚饭。然后前台告诉我，回来的时候必须保持安静，因为时间不早了，如果他们再看到任何人或车出来，我的押金将被扣除。我离开去吃晚饭，因为谈话内容而感到不安，当时感觉很不舒服，根本无法放松下来。回来后，不只是一张房卡不能用，而是两张房卡都不能用。我不得不回到前台去换房卡，他们第一句话就是：“只有两个人住，对吧？两个人？”我觉得他们故意停用我们的房卡，是为了表明立场。一张房卡消磁我理解，但经过短信和谈话之后，两张房卡又消磁了？前台的Alra非常粗鲁，而且爱评头论足。

酒店入口便捷，停车位充足。房间非常干净，庭院也总体干净。前台工作人员友好热情。而且离海岸线露天剧场很近！
