I came to stay at this hotel with my hubby for one night after a show at the local arena. I wish I had known the pool was open until 12a, pool area was nice. Hotel was generally quiet & our room was located near the family/all ages pool. Adult only pool had a bar with TVs and a fire pit which was pretty cool. Lots of seating for lounging around. The room was pretty basic, nothing to write home about or note worthy, the bathroom was VERY underwhelming & the shower/tub situation was MEH. The bed was comfy enough, just be sure your ac isn’t on eco mode before you tuck in for the night. “Blackout curtains”DO NOT work. I’d stay here again, for the price & knowing what I know about the property.

Terrible experience. The air conditioner was unbearably noisy, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the room floor felt like a garage floor—cold, hard, and uninviting. Definitely not what I expected for a comfortable stay.

Everything is excellent. The front desk staff is very friendly & welcoming. The decor is a retro vibe and clean. Parking is free and right in front of Hotel. This reminds be a boutique hotel. I always stay in the first floor accross from the pool, room has a front patio area and a beautiful wood gate as you enter..The rooms are small but very clean- no need for more ! and beautiful decor. Beds are very comfy with great plush pillows, I slept very well. Bathroom is very accommodating, large shower with the things you need to clean up. The air conditioner is a wall unit, a little loud but works fine, important for me that I wasn’t hot. The pool area is nice
Has alot of clean lounges, beds with mist, a great bar full of alcohol. The pool water might need to be a little cleaner, the tile around the pool needs a good scrub you can see the dirt. Dj playing great music on w/e.
And you gotta to eat at GiGi restaurant, right next door in same lot. breakfast / lunch is Amazing
I would recommend it here !

From check in to check out the service was impeccable. Such a clean, nice room. Very accommodating. A true desert gem!

Arrived to property definitely didn’t look like it did in the pictures. Check in went smooth, when we got to our room the ac was very loud and it’s literally right next to the bed. Then we went into the bathroom and found cockroaches. Went to tell the front desk and his solution was just to move me to another room but the issue was the exact same in the next. Super loud ac.

这家酒店早就该翻新或彻底清洁了。泳池边的椅子脏兮兮的，到处都是污渍。他们不允许外带饮料，酒店内的酒吧价格昂贵，而且只在部分时间开放。他们不提供送餐服务，你只能站在那里点餐。无论你点什么，他们都会强制每张账单加收20%的小费。泳池很脏，水浑浊。床凹凸不平，房间很小。但不知为何，浴室却很大。说实话，我们每晚只需107美元，这价格很划算。以后不会再多付钱住这家酒店了。
由于浴室漏水，我正在等待信用记录的回复。我在那里住了三天，只住了一晚。我通过*******的聊天功能联系了一位工作人员，他们应该联系棕榈泉V酒店进行核实。
