Pools and hot tubs great, maybe make both hot tubs hot rather than one? No fan in bathroom. Beds were pretty hard. Clean and safe.

Nice modern clean room. But the mattress was rock hard. Of course I can’t say if all of the mattresses are the same, but if you like a soft mattress, this may not be the place for you.

The room was in good condition overall, but the plumbing could use a little attention. In Room 208, the drainage system isn't functioning as well as it should. The water in the bathtub drains slowly, so during showers, our feet were almost submerged. Even a few minutes after finishing, the water was still draining slowly. It might be helpful to have the plumbing checked to improve the experience. Otherwise, the staff and amenities are great! Thank you!

Great room and view of beautiful pool area. Two pools and two jacuzzis. Plenty of room to sit or use cabanas. No breakfast but self serve Starbucks is available for free. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many things in PS.

Loved the salt water and fresh water pool. Would have liked to use them after 10 pm though, as i like to swim at night. Nice to be able to use Amazon Prime, Tubi, and Netflix in the room. One downside was slippery shower - was no anti slip device in there, wven thought it looked like there was.

I felt like the management could do a better job of creating an atmosphere of "welcome guest" not "sign this- sign that- initial 10 places on this form..." all about missing items. But the room was clean. The bed was hard. Coffee in front seemed to be under LICK and KEY.

办理入住时感觉他们不太信任客人，这让我很不满意。两台咖啡机中有一台坏了。
酒店外观看起来比较老旧破败。房间还不错，但是浴缸和淋浴很旧。
总之，不如一家翻新过的贝斯特韦斯特酒店或B级酒店。
