Lots of items are rusted and need repaired. Beds are very hard and not comfortable. No vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletery bag and makeup bag making it hard to get ready. Not some where I would stay again

Missing coffee even though the staff told us twice our room would be stocked with coffee. Porch door in living room would not open so we had to go through the bedroom to go outside. Construction was happening up stairs above our room so we heard a drilling noise all day for 2 days straight. Front desk said there’s nothing they could do as it’s a privately owned suite. We could not get the smart tv to work, front desk said someone would come up, never did. There were wrappers on the floor as we first walked in, dirty floors.

The hotel was amazing! The kids loved the arcade and the pools. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was extremely nice. Plenty room for the 5 of us. I will say that if you have small kids, bring an air mattress. The beds are high off the floor and they do not have cots for them to sleep on.

The upside is there's lots of pools and lots of jacuzzis. The floors are pretty but also very slick and they aren't great about putting up signs to warn you. Saw multiple people fall, myself included. There was also broken glass on the pool deck. Told maintenance and the front desk but it was never picked up. We picked it up ourselves eventually. Be careful when you go get your resort armbands. Before you know it you'll be roped in to a 90 minute sales presentation. I thought they needed my credit card as the resort fee for the armbands. Turned out to be a $40 deposit on the sales presentation and if I didn't show up to the 90-minute sales pitch they scheduled me for, (9am on a Saturday or Sunday for me) it gets charged to my credit card. Cons outweigh pros and we won't be back. If you do go, ask for Dirk to be your bell hop/porter. He was a highlight of the trip.

The unit was in need of maintenance. Small, stupid and easily fixed things like baseboards and painting. The appliances were rusted. Carpeting was soiled. I hate to say that this is typical of Wyndham properties, but in my experience it is typical.

Just like every time we stay everything about oceanwalk is just amazing. We stayed in a 20th floor so the view was absolutely stunning. Staff was very pleasant, although the check in processes is a bit different but still a pleasant experience.

Super great place
Very clean, lots to do for people of all ages. The kiddie pool was super cold but the kids had a great time. The room was clean and the beds was super comfortable. We had a room with a city view so we got to see the sunset. 10 out of 10 recommended
Trip.com的床型宣传有误导性。我们四个大人最后只分到两张小双人床，根本没法睡！！

一流的酒店。我们住的是一套三居室公寓，带宽敞的厨房。公寓配备了所有必要的设施，包括洗衣机和烘干机。套房配有热水浴缸。一切都近在咫尺，包括一个设施齐全的游泳池。酒店也方便前往海滩，那里有各种娱乐活动，最重要的是，它开放至午夜。
