The room smell too much noise going on the highways you could hear everything from all the rooms just not great not happy not coming back

The list is quite long.. what's unable to use the bathroom because I was too early to check in even though I had prepaid through this app.. i had a fight for a parking pass so that I could go to the concert that I was in town for because it was before three o'clock. Got a call at 430 while.I was at the concert evidently telling me that my hotel reservation was being canceled which I didn't find out until I showed up at midnight. Show up after struggling to make it back to the front desk lady, saying that I had no longer had a room because they were overbooked.\nEven though I had talked to the front desk person before I left and they said I was fine as long as I got there before three a m. They finally gave me a room on the third floor of course , the elevator was broken and the entire place smelled like mildew or pee or something they were trying to cover up. Room was okay. Surprisingly, but did wake up with a roach in the shower?All the carpets in the hallway had bad stains.People talking outside my room until three or four in the morning. Also a little strange , when I showed up , it looked like there was an entire homeless camp in the back when I went to go turn around.

Amy at front has the worse service ever I don’t recommend stay there while getting my room seen many ppl complaint about everything seen her disrespect many ppl trying to checking she has a bad attitude I won’t never stay there the worse experience ever

They cancelled my room before I got there but it was ok because it was not a nice place very run down

住过最差的酒店。毛巾里裹着一个发霉的无比脏的方巾。隔音差,门也是坏的,要使劲踹才能打开和关上。
这个地方太糟糕了,一个房间里满是蟑螂,第二天他们就把我们换到了那个房间里,我们不得不睡在那个房间里。另一个房间的空调坏了,变成了一个冰箱。我要求换房间时,前台接待员态度非常恶劣,粗鲁无礼,大约一个小时后他们就给我们换了房间。我不会推荐任何人住这个地方,即使他们觉得价格便宜,但房间也很糟糕,他们应该改进所有的服务和设施。我一边杀蟑螂一边要求退还第一晚的房费,那个********告诉我经理愿意和我们谈谈,但我没有找到她。我觉得我不应该为这项服务付费,我希望两个房间都能得到退款。
