Room and hallways were clean. Employees at front desk and breakfast room were extremely nice and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and the lady in charge was always there keeping it clean and making sure the food was refilled. She was very friendly.

Was easy to access, staff was very friendly and quick to take care of you. Close to nearby restaurants and about anything you'd need.

The lady at the front desk was awesome! Our tv wouldn’t work because of a previous guest and she was willing to help however she could. She was pleasant and apologetic, and it was resolved.

Average breakfast, rickety elevator. Someplace above average of a now bygone era. The staff were welcoming; everyone I came in to contact with were accommodating.
With a room change after the first night, everything else went well - thanks to my solutions based front desk staff.
They are not pet-friendly; there’s a sign on the desk and you can’t miss it. We did not travel w any pets.
Major shopping area!
Nice size event room.
Clean linens.
Affordable.
Breakfast.
Coffee.

Nope. Not ever again.
Felt like I was in a cheap hotel. Entering through the main doors, I was hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The carpets on 2nd floor hall was dirty and raised in the middle. The room needed tlc and the mattress left like it came from Temu.

I had booked 3 rooms for us and 2 other family members for a reunion that we attended in the area. We found problems with all the rooms, some worse than the other. One room, the sink that had black countertop had white specs all over like someone had brushed their teeth and sprayed everywhere, and also had to call maintenance to fix sink clogging. Our TV didn’t work the second day. Another room the TV didn’t work at all the first day and needed someone to work on it for an hour. The worst is the third room that smelled horribly musty and disgusting. She noticed her clothes were damp at the end of the stay. She was so sweet to not complain (she’s a nun) and instead wrote a note to have the hotel check it after we leave. I wish she had told us earlier. I would never have let her stay in that room. I gave the front desk the note and they said we should have told them earlier. The musty, damp room did not happen overnight, so they should have known about it.

Reported blood on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Desk clerk apologized but never cleaned up. Tub floor peeling, tub surround dirty, black substance on wall under sink. Second time in as many stays we were awakened by the fire alarm and spent time in the parking lot. Stayed here MANY times but never again. Definitely not Marriot quality any more.

The check in staff was very rude, but overall the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and semi firm. The bathroom was nice, but be careful with the temps it can walk get too hot!

Greeted at front desk by the friendliest lady. Very helpful on dinning in area. Printed up a list of restaurants with addresses. Beautiful and clean facility. Our room was perfect.
