We asked for a smoke free room but it smelled so bad that we didn’t even stay the second night. The smell was so strong it was burning our noses. The bed frame sounded like a file cabinet anytime we moved and the pillows were so small.

We paid for an early check in, which was a new fee to us. That must have made the cleaning service rush because when we went to get in the bed, the sheets had not been changed. There was dirt and debris on the sheets. Because of the time, they wouldn’t come change the sheets so they gave us a new set and we got to change our own bed so we didn’t have to sleep in a dirty one. The only restitution was they reimbursed us for the early check in.

The room was disgusting, there was a size ***** on the wall, black rim in the toilet, a Walmart bag over the smoke detector and the room smelled terrible. This was drastically over priced due to LSU game but we were not there for that. We will not be back. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging what you did for what you gave.

BATON ROUGE bug
Overall it was ok. Away from traffic noise. The hotel cant be resposible for loud guests. But there were some of those. I did find a bug (i think a small cockroach) on the nightstand. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk. They promised to spray for bugs. I am always concerned about bed bugs. But I dont think that was the situation here.

It was good, however, my room felt/was damp the entire stay. Like condensation on the tile floor damp when i checked in

This place is DISGUSTING! We left and got a room elsewhere. I don't know how it is legal to rent rooms out for nearly $100, in that condition. This place needs major over haul or to be condemned.

房间脏乱不堪。我和家人订了6个房间,前两个房间又脏又乱,床上的床单也很脏。他们又给了我两个房间,让他们住进去。我打开门,两个房间里都有他们的人。我给妈妈订的另一个房间里满是小蟑螂。太可怕了!!!就我们花的钱来说。早餐难吃极了,泳池又脏又脏。一个白人男子坐在泳池边外面吸冰毒,把我们的孩子都吓跑了。太可怕了,太糟糕了。再也不来了!!!
