Everything was great, staff was great and beds were comfortable. Area at night was a little eerie. Broken down cars in the parking lot of the hotel though a few with flat tires. Not sure what’s going on there.

在林肯学习运动康复课程,在这间速8住了10多晚,酒店的工作人员很友善。有免费的橙汁和咖啡,是我这十几天的treat之一。早餐很简单,没有水果。遇到的美国普通人和他们聊天,有一位70多岁的爷爷开车带他太太两人来林肯复查体检。他换过角膜,并且知道捐献角膜者的姓名。
房间里有一股霉味。床很舒服,房间很安静。
每晚75美元
虽然我对50美元的房间期望不高,但当我发现电视上没有连接有线电视盒时,我非常失望。火警警报器的导管挂在洒水喷头上方,床单上满是污渍。基本的家具也很糟糕。我的书桌上有一个抽屉,它被扯下来,整齐地塞在桌子后面,根本看不见。还有,为什么有两台冰箱,却没有熨斗或熨衣板?我的门钥匙打不开,我换了两次。同样,每晚50或75美元的房费,我的期望值也很低,但列出的基本设施应该提供,并且应该对所提供的服务保持一定的自豪感。
酒店进出不方便,工作人员组织混乱。我们预订了一间有两张双人床的房间,但到的时候没有,最后只给了一张大床和一张折叠床,房间非常拥挤。遥控器没电了,房卡也用不了。由于我们离前台很远,在大厅里等前台小姐拿钥匙回来等了很久,不得不向前台要了折叠床用的枕头。没有低咖啡因咖啡可选,早餐种类有限。酒店很干净,但是!!!
我最终没有入住这家酒店。进门时看到大楼外面有无家可归的人,办理入住时看到走廊里有一个裸体男人,然后当我们到达房间时,闻到一股难闻的气味,浴室里到处都是*****头发,角落里放着破损的架子。我有照片,希望退款。
住宿体验很好。我是通过*******预订的。退房时我注意到,我之前用来支付杂费的卡竟然被扣了一晚的房费。我已经通过第三方支付了,所以可以想象我当时有多困惑。我打了几次电话,想退还第二笔费用。他们告诉我,他们已经了解情况,并已安排经理处理,我会联系他们。我入住已经快一个月了,还没有经理给我打电话。
退房后 2 天我的卡又被扣款了。立即打电话,被告知经理会回电,仍在等待电话。向我的银行提出争议。
