每次入住押金100欧,前提已经付全款,这个有点不合理,网红瑞士酒店才收1欧元押金,嗯😐

酒店已经不算便宜的了,但是连最基本的让人休息好都做不到,每天早上9:00准时有装修的声音。然后打电话给他问是在装修吗,他直接来了一句是楼下酒店在装修,我们没有解决办法然后直接就把我电话挂了???第二天还是早上9:00就开始装修,我就直接去前台问他说严重影响到我休息了,前台还是说“we have no solution” 态度很差。就直接说哦,我们没有办法。住酒店就是为了休息,如果在装修在入住之前为什么不说呢?既想挣钱又让客户得不到基本的休息,加上这个服务态度。。。这是我住过体验感最差的酒店。

地理位置不错,海景房风景很正,0层服务很好,reception中规中矩,餐厅好评!
淋浴间和洗手台水渗不下去,打电话+留纸条在房间都没有处理,用的英文和前台沟通,说Okok,然后转头去打电话。另外早餐很一般,30欧一个人的价格没有厨师在现场制作煎蛋或者饼类的食物,基本菜都是凉的,唯一好的就是这个酒店的位置在海边,其他一切都特别差

房间景色很美,位置非常方便;
入住的时候门拴是坏的,但是维修还算及时;
环保主题,除非要求三天才打扫一次房间;
前台和餐厅服务态度很好,能及时帮助解决问题;
最后一天遇到一个小插曲,收拾好行李之后挂上免打扰牌出门吃饭,回来的时候发现免打扰牌在里面,明显有人进来过,所幸贵重物品都随身携带或者锁在保险箱里。退房时反馈了这个问题,但截至目前没有收到反馈。
房间小。卫生还可以早餐居然有泡面和筷子🥢加分!我去的时候赶上铁人三项赛有些运动员和媒体入住、步行可到老城。
直接海边 定的是海景房 躺着看到整片海 环境干净 主要太方便了 楼下全是吃得 马路对面就是海滩 英国人大道边上的酒店太让人着迷了 体验感强
性价比不是很高,但是距离海滩很近,周围吃的也多,住了4晚最后一晚给我们升级了房间。早餐很好吃,还有泡面适合吃不惯白人饭的~
天使湾的海景尽收眼底,出行非常方便,住的几天天气特别好,完全不想出门,酒店的西式早餐还不错,如果能增加粥或米饭就符合我的中国胃了
