I tried to stay at this dreadful hotel because it was affiliated with Comfort Inn. Driving in, I realized my error. There is trash everywhere. There was no one at the front desk, and the lobby stank of body odor and smoke. When I called from my car to cancel, the rude front desk person (who I guess got back from his break) called me a liar and told me to go f%$k myself. I then tried to contact the General Manager, Lisa, who never took my call and never returned my call. I will call Quality Inn HQ. This place is unsafe and should be shut down.

This place is a dump. It should not be a Quality Inn as there is no Quality at this hotel. It is extremally run down and housekeeping is not properly prepping the rooms. As well, the hotel appears to be half full of families that appear to being staying here 7 days a week. I was told that the city or local church was using the hotel as a homeless shelter. If you do not mind a dirty upkeep spot and you do not have kids you may be ok with his terrible property.

Please trust me and spend whatever you must (and I know it's already expensive) to get yourself a better hotel room somewhere else. We paid $197 for this hotel for one night, and that is an absolutely ridiculous, obscene price for what you get. I wouldn't pay more than 120 for this place. In fact, we were just in Chicago for three nights in a gorgeous hotel by the river for $155 a night. How on earth they could charge so much for so little in this place is a mystery. Really needs a lot of time and money to make it halfway decent again. It was filthy, had living and dead bugs, a window wouldn't lock shut, and it just looked dingy in a very unnerving way. I always read reviews before I book hotels, so I was honestly shocked at how bad this place was. The so-called transitional housing situation wasn't an issue at all. The people were very nice, as were all the staff. But the place is absolutely aching for better housekeeping standards and needs much more money spent on fixing it up.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting, staff are rude, and there are different smells on each floor. We left because we were uncomfortable, and extremely concerned for our safety. Poorly lit, the room itself was disgusting. There were stains all over the bed skirts, on the tub, and behind the bathroom door. The dresser was missing two drawers, and paint was peeling off the ceiling. The floor we stayed on reeked of stale cigarettes and ****, and there were stains all over the floors in the hall.
