真是糟糕透了。我预订了一间带两张大床的房间。晚上10:30到达时,他们告诉我只有一间带特大床的房间。因为我带着两个十几岁的女儿,所以这间房不行。我不得不预订一间每晚500美元的贝斯特韦斯特酒店。我气死了。
房间墙纸多处剥落,墙壁裂缝——走廊里弥漫着一股难闻的气味!淋浴窗、床和枕头上都发霉了,这绝对不符合万豪的标准。

维修人员不会说英语,为了解决问题,他总共来过房间三次。维修耗时超过一个小时,打乱了我当晚的计划。
那天晚上,马桶水流声很大,迷你冰箱也非常吵。
酒店没有制冰机。工作人员用密封袋从厨房拿了冰块给我。
对于我入住第二晚换房间的要求,工作人员沟通不畅。
总而言之,这次体验绝对不好,我不会再住这里了。我打算穿过停车场去Element酒店。
